sorted byPrint his out and take it with you the next time you see your psychiatrist.
Had it at launch, was bored in a week.
My favourite part was monsters dissapearing when they get to a cliff or something..... really pulled me in
So overrated, OOT is far superior (edited)
i could say the same about monopoly
Speak for yourself. I honestly think this is the most overrated game of all time. (edited)
Couldn't agree more. Hard and interesting to see where the dev team will take the series after this.
This is a bit much.
When a boulder falls, it’s usually been pushed at you by a Bokoblin
Wow ... I thought Horizon was very average starts good but after a while found it repetitive and very predictable. It didn't help that BOTW came out at a similar time, once i'd played Zelda Horizon just gathered dust and I haven't returned. I guess each to their own.
Same as me. Played all the Zelda games and this is the first one that I couldn't put down. Paid full price and put a couple of hundred hours in, worth full price IMO, not many games are.
If you say so
Somebody happens to enjoy something you don’t and therefore that means they’re unable to think for themselves. Great attitude there...
Well done, you officially out did them and are therefore the saddest 12 year old pre-pubescent fanboy troll on this thread.
Now if you don't mind, I have Koroks to find.
Scratch that. They've reserved me some, that I'll pick up tomorrow.
For reference, the item number is 684/4057.
HTH
Same here. Love the Zelda games usually but couldn't get into this at all. No doubt it's an epic game, just wasn't for me this time.
For a switch game that really has scope and depth you need to try Xenoblade 2
Print THIS out and take it with you next time you see your English teacher at school.
Wishing I could transfer my save from the Wii U to the Switch...
Come back when you start "big" school little boy.
Limited Enemy types (you are going to be fighting the goblin enemies a lot)
No interesting items like the older Zelda games
Terrible FPS if that bothers someone.
Incredibly boring world, its HUGE but there's very little in it. Few interesting locations and barely any if not any dungeons. If they made the world 2/3 of the size then it might have been more manageable.
You will be running around for most of the game, its a lot of moving and not a lot of doing. I didn't realise how much time I was simply running to the next objective until after I finished the game.
Combat is too easy and broken, you can just spam backflip and win.
Zelda sounds like a boy trying to do a girls voice
DURABILITY! I'm fine with durability as long as its not as stupid as this. I was scared to use my good weapons and that is something a game shouldn't do.
Shrine puzzles got boring after about 30 of them
The most important for me was just TERRIBLE story, there just isn't a story here. These characters mean NOTHING to me I don't know their backstory, am I supposed to feel bad if I don't even know them?
Now that isn't to say its a bad game, I love how you can approach a situation in extremely creative ways which not many other games are able to do. The cell shaded graphics are nice. But to be honest I can't think of many clear positives for the game, I enjoyed the game on my first playthrough however after coming to realise how over-rated and flawed this game is, it really changed my opinion. (edited)
Whether the game is any good or not is beside the point I was trying to make. Being rude and insulting people who enjoy something that he happens to dislike himself is rude nasty and childish. By all mean give an opinion but to insult every single person who enjoyed the game (there are plenty of non ‘fan boys’, myself included who did) is a bit pathetic.
ok fair enough, but I could say I've gotten bored with playing video games full-stop and I sold all my consoles, games etc... which i did do a few months ago. I only kept my gamecube for some reason.it resides forever in the back of the unit under the tv
Had no issues running this when it came out and the performance patch was released.
But as a game. I didn't really enjoy it much.
I have it for the switch so I bought a Wii U copy to keep sealed. I got it for £14.99 but I've never seen it that cheap again
It’s not really each to their own. Thought my post made it clear I absolutely loved both games.
I can see why people have gone mad for this game, though. The sheer amount of freedom and exploration is something I've never seen before in a game. Unfortunately the mechanics ruin the enjoyment for me, such as the stupid stamina bar, rain that can strand you on a mountain, weapon fragility and op enemies. Not to mention the fact that every dungeon looks the same and the bosses lack variety. I really wanted to like this and I appreciate what they went for but I found this game very frustrating.
I’m sorry, I just saw players with a capacity to think for themselves above attacking the hell out of this overrated game and wanted to out-do them. Mission accomplished. worldcup (edited)
