Thirdly- judging by how you are in this post, maybe try being friendlier when speaking to customer support in general, it tends to have overal better results

The UK is a great choice of location for the series, never imagined they'd actually do it.
Overall I'm fairly positive about the MS presentation with some good studio acquisitions, though as a predominantly PC gamer it's disheartening to think those future titles will become Windows Store exclusives.
I really enjoy the Horizon games and having it in the UK looks awesome

They don't, they have to provide incentives to get viewers to their platform. Plenty will be watching on IGN, Youtube etc.

According to littlebitsofgaming you can watch it on any device as long as you sign in. I’m just gonna run it on my phone for a bit.
You can log into the Mixer website to watch it - just login with the same account you use for your Xbox. I used the website last year and got the rewards.
