sorted byI disagree. Very happy with their mobile services for 2+ years
Wow must be a bad experience.
Found them to be nothing but fantastic
Wished the signal was good in my area.
Had to leave them
Prices were great and more importantly customer service was probably the best i have had in over 15 years in phone providers.
Highly recommend them if the signal is good in the area
To get PAC code. Took literally 2 minutes to get offered .
I am on 30 day rolling contact as I was before. (edited)
To be honest, i dont have to read reviews. I have my own experience. Every provider has negative reviews.
If Mother Teresa was still alive, she'd still be getting 0* reviews online from people for one reason or another.
They use EE so that’s very strange, sure your handset wasn’t the issue.
Yeah, budget BT, that's why I switched to them 6 years ago, was paying a fraction of what BT were charging for unlimited fibre. I also have 3 mobile lines and haven't had any issues in the 2 and a half years I've been them (was with Life which changed to Plusnet mobile). (edited)
Read reviews on any telecom company .. They all as bad as each other .
Over the years I have used Vodafone .. The worst by a country mile , EE pretty bad , O2 my partner took to the ombudsman and won .. Terrible company .. Plusnet no issues so far .. But they all are OK until you have a problem then the bother starts,
But the crowning glory of worst company ever in the world for CS is NPower what a shower of Schidt they really are.
Obviously most people who leave reviews have had problems and it's their way of complaining, but the majority of customers including myself and my wife who have had an excellent service from them never bother to leave a review.
We've been with them since the start when they were 'Life mobile' and couldn't be happier considering what we pay and if we ever need to contact them at least we get to speak to a UK call centre who isn't replying from a script printed on the wall.
Better 4G for me than I had with Vodafone, and data seems good enough to me.
The rest of us wouldn’t.
5gb - unlimited calls and unlimited texts.
Fingers crossed you get a good signal where you live, shocking round our way no signal in a major city
Use live chat...very helpful. Took less than 5 mins from start to finish
Thank you for valuable in put. I am sincerely sorry that this deal doesn't personally suit you.
however I am happy that some people have managed to benefit! from information posted here.

My current deal is £5 for 1.5gb and unlimited minutes and texts and asked on chat for a better deal.
Me too, no problems whatever. I'm also starting to get 4G+, which I thought plusnet didn't get.
That does surprise me. Problem with any company though is cant
please everyone.
Personally found them great.
The reviews dont seem to be completly sim only.
They are also for the phone and broadband.
And that may or may not be great.
Their mobile guys were good
Agreed. Had nothing but good experiences with Plusnet.
Last time I spoke to them he was from a local guy from my home city Liverpool, iirc he said his call centre was in Warrington.
It's great some companies still use our own people to help us.
I’m also on EE just renegotiated 11gb plus unlimited text unlimited minutes for £10 12 month contract
To be fair her network signal wasn't great
Agreed. Also been with them for well over a year. Currently £10/month for 6GB, unlimited minutes and texts. It was originally same price for 4GB, 500 minutes and 500 texts but they honoured an offer.
I've never had any network issues either.
Yes. They are very good. Go out of their way to help you unlike 3, virgin and ee
that is correct. because this deal is kind of 'not for new customers' hence you need to activate sim card first. don't worry they are fairly good in offering any deal that is in their system.
Thanks for your sharing, just upgraded from a £5 (1.5gb) to this offer!
