    Is it okay for vegans?

    It certainly is.

Most fruit and veg isn't vegan, due to the use of farm animal manure, bees wax, the exploitation of bees for pollination, use of worms in the growing medium, and pesticides killing insects, and harvesters and ploughing killing small animals and destroying their homes.

This beef is just as humane as wheat or potatoes.

No, but I have heard that they eat fish, because a fish hasn’t got any feelings. (edited)

If you eat fish you're not vegan. Nothing to do with feelings.
I avoid meat and dairy and I imagine a lot of British people have never had good dry aged beef. Air cured foods seem to be rare here. 45 days is good for steak, another week would be better

Similar price at my local butchers. About £33/kg for a piece of dry aged ribeye. I treat myself about once every couple of months.

Sometimes buy a ribeye steak from Morrisons for a fraction of the price but it's tasteless compared to the butchers steak.
