    I was apparently accepted but I couldn't use on a £70 order entirely comprised of "Sold by Amazon" items.

    I had the £6 free topup when you buy £50 giftcard. Tried removing giftcard from purchase and nothing.

    I was also apparently accepted for £5 off when trying collection. Couldn't get it to work either.

    Edit1: I have a feeling Amazon is messing with me. Says I'm eligible for the £5 off collection thing, but I now remember I have used collection before. My offers page now says I'm eligible for the £6 for buying a £60 GC... but I literally just used the £6 for £50 GC.

    Edit2: just tried with a different order that in which all items could fit the collection locker. On applying the code it literally says "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase." yet the £5 is still taken off the total lol. (edited)

    you search for the item you want to buy, then select the the department on the left of the screen once the results appear. you will then see the seller list on the left of the screen, further below and you can then filter out those sold by amazon.co.uk

    not many stuff are sold by amazon themselves these days as they tend to sell third party stuff or amazon fulfilled, which are excluded from this offer. (edited)

    Says I'm eligible and voucher was added, but did not appear at checkout after adding official Amazon items. Had to go in chat after much faffing around, being told they're not running this promotion screenshot proof, etc Finally got the £5 off as a "goodwill gesture" but was a lot of effort

    I very often got the problem that the Amazon promotion code ends one day earlier than T/C. They probably use a different time-zone. If you don't mind the hassle, you could chat with them quoting the T/C and they usually manually add the credit for you after verifying themselves.

    Heat added. Works for me but I had to apply the promotion via the Amazon app. It wouldn't let me apply the promotion when using a browser to access the Amazon website

    Select stuff that is Prime eligible and usually most of it is sold by Amazon.

    I do it by using filter and selecting items eligible for free delivery if over £20. Seems to work normally and did this time.

    Yeah I did but then when I looked on my account I had another offer for £5 off. So might be worth checking your account.

    Yeah but not everyone wants to switch bank accounts, spending £15 on amazon on the other hand is something we might be doing anyway so it just a free £5 for nothing.
