YouTube Premium via Argentina (VPN required) individual 88p / family £1.32 a month @ YouTube
UPDATE: 20/12 - SEEMS ITS ONLY 78p / £1.19 VIA TURKEY AT THE MOMENT. FOOLOW THE EXACT PROCESS BELOW BUT USE A TURKISH ADDRESS INSTEAD OF ARGENTINA AND OBVIOUSLY CONNECT TO TURKEY VIA VPN
Couldn’t see it posted on search and it still works using a VPN. A few things to mention beforehand:

If you want just a single user or individual then you can follow the steps as normal. However, if you want a family membership ( up to 6 users) then you will need to set those up first as it makes it sooo much easier later on. This is based on the desktop version of YouTube.
More details will be in the first comment.
1. Head to YouTube.com before connecting any VPN
2. Set VPN to Argentina (I used CyberGhost for windows as it gives you full use for 24hrs free and it has most if not all the countries us guys like to use and connect the VPN
3. Click on the option to get premium wherever that may be on your
4. For me it gave the option of 119 ARS (around 88p) for and individual or 179 ARS (around £1.32) for a family membership
5. Click the option to buy and follow the instructions, adding payment info if needed.
6. In the billing section for address use the details for an Argentinian address (see comment below) and you are ok to use your normal U.K. card though.
7. Log out from the VPN and enjoy ad-free and much more from your U.K. account !!

No, I bought mine via India using a vpn, then you sign in as normal without it and your YouTube premium is still there
my crypto.com visa debit card stopped working as everyone else’s did.
I used tunnelbear app for vpn on my iPhone to connect to argentina
then used my monzo mastercard as visa is the issue in Argentina and updated my payment details to monzo Mastercard no issue.

Didn't you get the last few emails about the price increase in Argentina? I myself am looking for a change to another country. Inflation rates and taxes make Argentina not worth it anymore.

I can't remember for sure but I think I put my card details in when I signed up to YouTube premium, and never has to put any address in.
If viewing in the UK, isn't the range the same as the UK. range?
Argentina slightly cheaper, but went with Turkey following your post... Just asked for payment details on credit card, did not ask for address.
Argentina. But, if you only need an individual licence, go for Turkey annual - works out at about 75p/mth!

Some details have to be accurate (post code has to be correct for selected location for example) so go to a random Argentina address generator to get one
It is but it takes longer to load, cuts off if you rotate phone and also viewing quality starts off at 240p. It's really good for downloading music tho.
At 88p per month, YT premium is very nice. Tho I only recommend it with a fresh YouTube account. I tried it on my main one and they blocked my Google pay until I sorted my proper UK address.

Hey buddy - I would recommend:
Step 1: connect to Argentina VPN
Step 2: create a new G account or sign into yours (create preferred)
Step 2.5 - Optional - go to Google Pay and add your card.
Step 3: go to Youtube
Step 4: Go to Youtube Premium
Step 5: Click Free Trial - You should see ARS 119
Sign up - Add Card but put address as Post Code - 9100
Voila done.

I had same problem, so i have done it from my phone in the browser on m.youtube.com turned on vpn just before clicking premium and it worked didnt even have to enter postcode i left it blank and used mozno
But no version for the TV app which is what I'm after.

They do that to check the card is valid. It gets refunded after and the normal rates apply

To actually support the creators I enjoy, rather than essentially pirating the content because I'm too impatient to watch a few adverts/pay a small amount of money each month.
Logged out of youtube via desktop site.
Set up vpn for Argentina.
Gave it a few min to connect and then signed back into youtube. Said my location was Argentina and joined premium.
Shows as 88p on my credit card.

YouTube music is the main reason, shared across multiple households, also, no adverts for the kids, who have their own profiles as well...
I did get 1 month trial free and I think I put my Starling card while in vpn.
No request of address for Turkey.
I have added a revolut as backup later on.
