    if you want to spend less,the 2ND generation model is currently £99 on amazon,John Lewis,Argos and Currys.which is also a good deal.

    Amazing these were £94 a while back and went red hot

    I managed to get a pair but sent them back as one kept falling out my ear

    The sound was pretty spectacular especially the wide stereo or whatever it is called. (edited)

    Hopefully you got the £64 apology compensation from Amazon that quite a few of us received. Put it towards those and you’ve 3rd Gen AirPods for £71. The people who didn’t get the £94 deal honoured but got compensation instead have come out with the best deal.

    I got these not long ago when they were crazy cheap on Amazon, and I’m impressed in all ways except one, the lid on the case. Considering how well made from a hardware perspective all Apple products are, it’s loose, moves side to side and creaks. They should of kept the lid on the short edge like the gen 1 & 2 and not on the long edge like the Pros

    If I’d paid full price I would of returned, luckily a nillkin case with like a latch fixed this (edited)

    I switched to iPhone 13 recently, and with it kept my Google Pixel Buds A. For £79, they have great sound and battery life. They pair easily with the iPhone. The only caveat is that updates and EQ changes need to be done via an Android phone. Good alternative to AirPods 3 if you’re on a tight budget but want good sound quality.
    Voted hot nonetheless.
