Read some feedback and the replacement filters are hard to find

Yeah, I had a quick look with a few search engines, nothing came up. Bit of a deal breaker. Anyone else had any luck?

It just copied them over automatically from the listing, never checked, deleted rogue ones

This should get more heat, for the price, I think this is an amazing deal. And may worth getting an extra one if you have space, just to save on filter cost.
I've posted customer return Hoover 300 for only £40 from Amazon. Did not get much heat. Instead, Shark and Philips at £100 got super hot. May be because the filter for Hoover is £50, so again, better buy 2 instead of buying a filter.
Hoover deal here, £75 new as well and used ones at under £50:

Air purifiers are useful for people with allergies. If you don't have an allergy, maybe you should look at cheap one first, at least you'll know if you're using it and make use of the money you've paid. Out experience is we are not using it. Got the Hoover 300 brand new for £80, apparently reduced from £200+. We've used it a few times, but our air is fine. I feel I've wasted my money. That's why I said better not spend a lot, see first if you need it, and how often you'll use it. On a positive side, if we don't use it often, perhaps the filter will last longer.
    Voted hot! (edited)

These cheaper ones can be really effective from personal experience even though they may not be as good as the ones with hepa filters in them

Far better off buying the aftermarket filters unless your a brand junkie who believes the branded ones are better!

Still says 9 available, think they're updating with 10 additional stock everytime it gets low, they've sold 30 odd since I posted and was only showing 9 available then.

Sounds OK but when you find that the only filters you can source appear to cost half as much as the machine & there do not appear to be any non OEM versions it is a bit off putting. Also knowing that these are timer only with no active monitoring (although at the price you would not expect that)

We have had a similar smaller air purifier of this type by ADDIS for some time & while it is OK in a small bedroom it can be noisy.
As my wife is mildly asthmatic & we have cats we decided to spend slightly more on one which monitors particle levels & reduces the fan accordingly so we can leave on 24/7. Made by Canadian company Instant, filters last around 8-9 months in use however Ideal World shopping (cannot link as banned on site) now has them for the same price as this offer (well with a few pence difference) Can also be found on Amazon for more
