I got this in the black and copper colour for the same price a few months ago. As far as I can see the colour is the only difference. I'm so impressed with it. It's the best vaccuum I've ever had. It picks up first pass. It's quiet. It feels solid and well built. My only slight issue is the space it takes up compared to an upright. At £99 it's a no brainer. You won't get better at twice the price.

Same. CZ500 from John Lewis. Been a few months, and still as powerful as the first day.

For this price I’d seek out a Henry all day long.

Good price, I use the meile cat and dog version. More expensive, but Meile hoovers generally last 15 or more years. I won't keep mine so long but def worth looking into. Can't fault it yet (edited)

My meile went bang after 4 years. I was very very disappointed.

Same got it from argos after cancelling my lakeland order as after two weeks they didn’t have stock so wasn’t even on its way !

Ordered from Argos. I bought one of these for my daughter last year and it is very good. I was impressed. Thanks OP. (edited)

Got the copper one, very strong suction, very good cleaning, cons - very heavy head, if you are older or got loads of carpets it might strain you but its a nice workout haha, takes a bunch of space as the head is bulky. But still very happy, you can tell by first hoovering how strong and how much dust it picks up from deep carpets vs old hoover ive had (edited)

I agree I recently bought this about a month ago and it's the heaviest hoover I've ever used but at least it gives a mini workout 😄

I was also surprised by how quiet it is considering how much it picks up. (edited)

Unsure how practical this would be for use on the car with that big handle unless the handle comes of and can use directly on hose. Does any one have experience

£99 Lakeland and Argos. Looks like it was £299 only for one month at currys (edited)
    tashacx's avatar
It comes with little attachments that you add to the hose

I recently bought this, it's also this price at argos.

Its a really good hoover BUT it's heavy. The stick part is quite bulky and heavy so after 10mins of hoovering you feel it. Its also not as loud as other hoovers I've had. I also have the miele c1 which is often on sale for about £125 and that is just as good and its lighter but louder.

Bought it last week and although no issue for me, my wife is struggling with the weight. Or maybe it’s just an excuse to get me to vacuum all the time!

Suction doesn’t seem to be as strong as our handheld Dyson which I wasn’t expecting.

This is a but of a silly one maybe, and isn’t necessarily specific to this item, however if I purchase this and don’t end up using it for a few years, should it still last just as long from point of opening as it would if I opened it now? I hope that makes sense.
    phatbhoy's avatar
    Nope as plastics deteriorate
  20. gootti's avatar
Do you have to use the crevice tool with the bulky handle or does the bulky handle come off allowing you to connect to hose
    Towner's avatar
Attaches to the bulky handle, but still easy to use.

    Heat added ordered. Thanks OP

Heat, paid £150 for this last year which was a sale price. Really good machine, does a great job. Only negatives are the pipe kinks easily and you have to empty it often, probably same with all bagless but I was used to using ones with bags.

Looks ok, but I'm worried if it's suitable for a non pet household. What specifically about the vac makes it a pet version
    blumminhot's avatar
The 'pet tool' is really good at picking up pet hair from all sorts of surfaces.
