    I'm still using my Note 9 with cracked screen as well, even if I got S21 Ultra dual sim 512gb 16gb ram and a P40 Pro.
    I got so much stuff to move to the S21U and a lot of it must be done by selecting manually. Difficult to pension my Note 9. And the Iris scanner unique as well..

    It means your account doesn't have the voucher enabled. I'm guessing now that this is the case for most people who have the student discount. I don't have student prime and I have the voucher on mine.

    Unfortunate colour but managed to order it for £794 which seems pretty decent for a new flagship. £150 off, plus the £150 student and got additional £150 at checkout for trading in an old Galaxy S5 plus £4.44 for the trade in. Surprised the trade in value showed at checkout though.

    I'm slightly concerned that the trade in will be rejected and returned so I would lose the 150.

    The S5 is in perfect condition glass screen protector, wireless charging back (which I bought) no scratches just some of the silver coming off the large USB charging cover bit. However it seemed if you didn't select "reject and return" if they don't accept the phone trade-in, then it didn't give you the discount at checkout.

    Anyone got any experience with these trade ins with additional value (extra 150) and the liklihood of reject and return? Pretty concerned now! (edited)

    Samsung reject stuff that doesn't work as described, your trade in should go through. Also I believe as a company they are committed to recycling via their circular economy pledge, so they take a lot of devices, but they have to be as described. I imagine there are quotas to hit to get funding from various regional governments.

    I got the 512gb and the watch 4 Wi-Fi for 935 earlier I’ve cancelled my Samsung pre order that was 900 with just a screen protector and had to send my old iPhone in for a trade to get that price.The watch got to be worth 35 quid.

    That's what we'd hope but really not sure. It shows trade in discount at the basket but you don't need to trade in. Trade in email says the £150 will be available for the phone once trade in is completed
