    5800x and 5800x3d which is better if your gaming and already have a high end graphics card I always thought the x for some reason after reading on here but it sounds like people would prefer the x3d is that correct thanks

    X3D is certainly better, but you'll be paying £300+ for one. So with this deal, that's about 15% extra performance(on average) for more than 50% more money. Not good bang for buck on the surface, but could certainly still be worth it if it's within budget or you're heavily playing specific games that benefit exceptionally well from the extra cache, or you simply want something that has a bit more longevity.
