If your after this tv better of buying from john lewis for £349 as it comes with 5 year’s warranty for the extra.

I was looking to buy this TV and went to currys to see it. I personally didnt like it after seeing it in person it is thin but still thick compared to other samsung models.

I went for the BU8000 instead its much thinner then this tv and a newer model (2022) the picture quality was a lot better then this. I was able to compare both as they had them side by side. You can buy the BU8000 for £379 online worth the extra IMO over this TV (edited)

    COOL
Not only did I find your post helpful, I also "liked" it, but sadly I could only vote once
    SO
JL @ an extra £50, but look at what you GET for your £50.

1, You don't have to deal with eBay, an organisation I personally have trust issues with, but still use, just not fer the BIG £ stuff.
2, An initially UNdamaged box, time will tell...in EVRi time ?
3, A 5 year warranty (yet consumer law covers your rear end) does make life simpler
5, Dealing with JL CS is/will be (so I understand) hassle-free, unlike some.

So, all in all (it's a personal choice) I'd opt fer JL...after I'd checked-out the set (sets even side by side) IN Currys, especially since I'm not blown away with my new
Sony Bravia KD50X72K (2022) LED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart Android TV, 50 inch with Freeview Play, but as it was FREE, I can live with it (edited)

    Should've gone to LIDL recently.
Better TV and 3 year guarantee to-boot.

Currys clearance Ebay is risking your sanity Claus

Just be sure to watch "Navalny" on BBC iplayer for free.
    And for freedom. (edited)
