In case it ever goes down again can anyone confirm this is actually a good mixer? With all the add ons and the low price point it feels like it will be a jack of all trades. Does it hold up as a stand alone mixer? I'm guessing it won't compare to similarly priced KitchenAid or Kenwood models but is it still adequate?
