ok, so my sons arrived today. Looked like a 5-year-old had cleaned it with a rag. Ordered the 13 256 in excellent condition. After closer inspection I would say it's in good condition, but not excellent, but just how their site is worded, 'Premium; would probably be my version of excellent.
A few tiny marks, 1 on the screen, a couple on the bezel
95% battery
He's happy with it. Also, they sent a 512gb phone and not the 256gb

My wife ordered the excellent condition 13 and it arrived today. Excellent is spot on, a couple of very small marks but they’re barely visible. Battery health 100%. Very impressed overall, also came with a really nice case, tempered glass screen protector, 20w USB C charger, USB C to lightning cable and a microfibre cloth, all really nicely packaged.

I ordered the good condition and it’s excellent. There’s a tiny mark on the outside of the phone but nothing else. Can’t fault the service at all.

Just looked and they’ve sent me the 256gb not the 128gb! (edited)

I recently used this company through the Amazon referb program. The iphone was listed excellent reconditioned. And the Amazon description said phones of this quality would look brand new. The device had to be returned as it was not as described. The side of the phone had paint chipped off in 2 places. The rear camera housing had many nicks all around like when stones dent mental and there were 2 scratches in the screen. I don't know if there was a shipping error but it should never been classified as excellent. Then when I tried to ship a return item not as described they sent me a shipping label but there was no prepayment. After contacting them through chat Ur provided a royal mail barcode to return to them. Over all a neutral experience. They accepted the return without too much hasstle but still tried to pull a fast one twice 😁

After mixed experience with a few refurb phones (the last one for my daughter did not have more than 80% battery health as promised so sent it back for replacement and a year one it's started to deteriorate quite badly which makes me wonder if it was done properly) i have opted for a new iphone 13. Cost £33 pm on a 36m contract but everything unlimited. I just got sick of having to replace phone every couple of years when battery health deteriorated. Not cheap deal but will serve my needs for a few years.

thats apple for you, my partner bought an XS its 3.5 years old and has 77% battery and we think the batterys swelling as the right side of the screen doesnt touch some days but some it does, and the phone runs like garbage, one day her phone reported full mobile signal but couldnt make or receive a call, rebooted the phone and it worked for 10 minutes... then the next day worked all day.

i have a note 10+ its 4 years old and its reporting 92% battery, no issues

Ordered the pink, advertised as “good” for my wife. The only marks on it are a few on the screen, which are really only noticeable when the screen is off. Battery charges up to 100%. It’s good that you get a case, screen protector and charger with lead too. You even get the pin to open the sim tray!

Returns are not free so that's making me think twice before buying.

Hit and miss, of course they are all the same, i have posted a few phones from these guys now, and not had a lot of complaints so far
