TalkMobile is fully owned by Vodafone. The service is just as good. You get all the same network features EXCEPT for eSIM.

Please be careful to note new tariffs do not include roaming on TalkMobile any longer.... so if you need to roam, TM may no longer be for you!

    talkmobile.co.uk/roa…ges

"Roaming in zone 1 is included in the UK plan allowance for customers who joined or upgraded with Talkmobile before 14th March 2023. Inclusive roaming in zone 1 is subject to a fair use policy of 15GB of roaming data per month. Roaming data after 15GB is charged at 0.6p per MB.

Customers who joined or upgraded with Talkmobile on or after 14th March 2023 can use their phone in zone 1 for calls, texts and data with a Euro Holiday Booster.

A Euro Holiday Booster gives you unlimited calls and texts to the UK and other European destinations with 15GB of data:

1 day Euro Holiday Booster £2.25
8 day Euro Holiday Booster £10
15 day Euro Holiday Booster £15"

For some reasons MVNO’s in the U.K. haven’t jumped on the eSIM bandwagon yet. Even Three haven’t fully rolled it out. Always behind in the times as usual. (edited)

Worth noting that we’re getting there. Lyca have launched eSIM support now for example.

Any difference between Talkmobile and Lebara for tethering in a router?

TalkMobile has a higher network priority nowadays since they’re under Vodafone ownership. So at times or locations of network congestion you’ll likely get a faster connection via TalkMobile.

Both networks have some good prices via affiliate links, but TM don’t do unlimited data. 200GB is the max of the top of my head. So keep that in mind in case you’re a very high user of data.
