Pretty darned good, barely more than the Black Friday deal if you account for the TCB and the fact that it's missed this April's price rise so will stay at £19/m for the entire contract. Mobiles.co.uk have been far the most idiot-proof cashback redepmtion too, I doubt I'll go back to anyone else.

If you need to swap out and back in again, I use Voxi via TCB. Because both are the Vodafone network porting back and forth is faster, and TCB covers most or all of the payment cost. Theyve never failed to pay out TCB.

Test the voxi SIM out its probably u/l like my £12 sim.

My contract ends in Aug with Vodafone, I've decided to move to 3 as Vodafone has gone done hill in my opinion, their upgrade offers are awful this time around and the last agent I spoke to openly and honestly told me that they have gone up; even iPhone deals on their EVO plans are very expensive!

I just signed up for a SIMO for £8 a month with 25Gb and I was pretty surprised with the coverage/speed 12 months ago.

My 2nd SIM (work) is with VM and I've just upgraded that to get more data, which will soon be moving over to o2, as a VM BB customer I'll be getting double data.

I know everyone has their own opinion on networks but in the last 2 years, Vodafone has gone downhill.

I’m an existing Vodafone customer, if I sign up for this deal what happens to my Vodafone account? I’m out of contract currently.

You can upgrade to this deal. There should be a box to put your number for an upgrade

It's £7.50 for 200gb data with ID Mobile from the same website
    jnm21's avatar
I'd rather have usable data on Vodafone.
  6. Celera's avatar
Amazing, thank you. Especially handy as I can upgrade without losing numbers.

Huge increase in data with a price drop, even before the cashback, for 3 Sims. Colour me happy!

    Cheers OP

Heat added OP. Just bought myself one via Quidco.
Voxi doesn't have all the features I need (esim for apple watch for example)
    TheBargainMan's avatar
take a vodafone sim and then switch to voxi

Don't count on Cashbacks, they don't like giving cashback redemptions, everytime you have to call them about cashback even you submit through on their web and all fine, they are making deliberately hard to claim.keep clear from mobiles.co.uk. (edited)

I would never use Vodafone. Did you know that if you go on to Google and type in 'Vodafone are c***s', you get over 2 million hits.
    losimagic's avatar
What a fantastic barometer of quality, thanks for that. I did a similar search for o2 and three. O2 are a little bit worse than Vodafone, but Three.... oh damn. They must be the worst company in the world.

In future, I will route all my communications via pigeons. They're probably just as bad using your method, but at least they're interesting.

What’s the download speed on this? I notice their other ones have 2/10 mb/s or unlimited however this one doesn’t seem to have the icon…
    EndemicAlarm's avatar
    No speed cap.

Is it possible to add on the entertainment pack with this. Spotify etc.
    Quidco_Rep's avatar
Hiya, you would only be able to purchase exactly what is stated in the rates, any add-ons would be classed as an amendment to the order and will not be seen as purchasing within the rates which will decline your cashback (annoyed)-Macey

contract ended on a saturday, PAC code then changed the number over on tuesday though, so when did my contract end? They then charged me another month and the next month charged me 60% of another month. Oh and they have deleted my account so i cant get my last two bills either for cashback
    Sukster's avatar
    not a great company!!!

I would avoid, l have had loads of issues with cashback

    cold from me

How does this work an existing customer of Vodafone? Will it at some point ask for my Voda account and number, and just start a new contract from now on?

    Thanks in advance!
    willng844's avatar
See what they can offer you first? If unsuccessful, get the pac code and transfer to payg. Then pac code from payg to new sim.
  15. tiago.bernardo's avatar
    No roaming right?
  16. billythepet's avatar
Any EU roaming? I’m currently on 100GB Talkmobile with free EU roaming at £9.95.. debating on which deal is better.. stuck!
    deleted2919055's avatar
IMHO it's best to work out which is the better benefit, taking a cheap UK SIM with no roaming, or a more expensive one with roaming. Or just buying a local PAYG SIM for the duration of your trip. I currently have an O2 contract that has free roaming, but only in the EU. This year, we're going to Thailand so no good there. Last year, we only went to Germany to see relatives and I had a three SIM with no roaming, but paid £2 a day for it. (edited)
  17. CvrPaddyCvr's avatar
Do Voda still have 5G caps? So even tho you have 5G the speeds aren't actually any faster than 3/4G?
  18. dré.'s avatar
or, get one of the o2 deals that are cheaper, more data and no cashback/bill submissions and arguments with the vendor and quidco.

Hi. I would be interested in these. Links would be helpful or an indication of the deals and prices and where to buy from. Thanks.

could not find this deal on TCB? any link?

For people who cannot be bothered with cashback or similar this is a good deal for existing customers without having to speak to a human or do and weird fighting:

£16 per month for 160GB is fairly reasonable.

My Vodafone contract ends in June, can I upgrade and existing contract? Anyone have any idea
  23. Jammer's avatar
Signed up for the 100GB new customer tariff and received my SIM yesterday.

I had given my PAC code and selected the earliest transfer date available on the mobiles.co.uk sign up page. I noticed when I opened the envelope, the SIM pack seal was already open and after inserting the SIM into my phone it says 'Not provisioned/ registered on network'

I understand from the contract details that mobiles.co.uk sent me it may take 24 hours to activate, but anyone else have same experience with the opened SIM pack? Is it so they could so the PAC transfer on my behalf before shipping out the SIM?

Ok finally found this on their website. The earliest porting date offered during the sign up form was a week from that day. So I will basically lose 1 week of service
