We do offer a Trade-In service so that you can get a bit of money back for those old handsets that no longer have a use. Our Trade-In partner is MTR Group LTD, who specialise in mobile trade in and help us by recycling your old handset. We can accept any fully functioning or damaged handset (excluding liquid damage), provided that the description you provide matches the handset you are trading in. More details can be found here about what we can and cannot accept.
When you're placing your order (either online or over the phone), you can choose to add Trade-In in the basket. Please be aware that we cannot add the Trade-In after you've ordered.
If for some reason you have changed your mind about your Trade-In, there is no need to worry as you don't have to send in your handset to us. You might receive an email from our partners at MTR just reminding you that you had a Trade-In applied to your order, but you aren’t tied into anything. We just won’t pay you the quoted amount for the handset if you don’t send it to us. A Trade-In quotation is completely separate from your contract and won’t have any effect on the phone/deal you order with us.
