Smartphone for less than £100 as GPS Device

I am looking for a budget smartphone to use when I am walking to avoid damaging my expensive iPhone. It would need to have a big screen, be able to store downloaded OS maps and have decent GPS. I am been looking at the Nokia C21 or G11 but I would appreciate advice from the hive mind.
