Can’t think the whole of the park is opening exclusively to customers of a small travel agent?

Found some information on a french deal site discussing a similar event Travelcircus ran in January: Dealabs
Looks like it went ahead fine, and was a combination of 2 other companies including Travelcircus (based on the event poster in the discussion).

What's the weather like in Feb?
    Moomin1981's avatar
Very similar to the UK, cold and wet.

Worth pointing out that Davy Crockett Ranch is self-drive only, you have to have a car to get to the parks - no buses and taxis aren't allowed to pick up from there.

We stayed at the Davy Crockett Ranch last November and it's literally a 10-15 min walk down to the Disney Village. Nice walk along the canal aswell. Don't bother with any of the transport by the time you wait you could have walked.

So two adults (one adult and one teen) is the same price as two adults and a young child. On Friday 9th Feb you can get to the park in the morning during magic moments but have to wait until around 3 for check in? Is that correct? Any ideas whether it's possible to get this kind of deal this year? Many thanks (edited)
    Moomin1981's avatar
Yeah they have a luggage hold area in each hotel that will look after luggage until check in so you can enjoy the park or if you don’t want to use free option you can pay to store in the actual park or at the train station.

prepare for the magic, of spending hundreds of pounds on terrible fast food, tatty gifts, long queues, angry parents and screaming kids..
    nathanobrien58's avatar
Sounds just like when I went last month!
  10. Terra1980's avatar
I can't think of anything worse than being there in cold, wet February. We went in August last year, weather was good which made the queues (1hr max) bearable. Freezing cold moaning children would definitely take the magic away. Equally, if this makes it accessible then it might be worth the compromises!

Surley you can book the 2 adults + 1 child and just not take the child?
  12. Heavenkiss's avatar
Booked. Now to find cheap flights!
  13. Moomin1981's avatar
Thanks OP really good price, tempted!

Not much fun in February. Couldn't imagine what to do in such cold and wet time of year in Disneyland.
    SkilledNutter's avatar
I've been in February. The fountains had frozen over. It was not as good as warmer months for sure.
  15. deleted48909's avatar
What's to say that they won't sell as many tickets as the park holds anyway?
    Moomin1981's avatar
Unlikely the parks will ever be at capacity in February.

50490707-iEBxk.jpgAnyone know why it's saying £182 pp but when I go to book it's saying £243 pp. I've not added on anything extra. I'd actually book at £182 pp but the extra £180 odd quid puts me off.

    Because it’s the Cheyenne hotel

I have 6 year old daughter, will that qualify for this deal..2 adults + 1 child?
    Taka_nai's avatar
Infants are classed 2 years and under and are free and they provide cots for stay.

Child is between 3 and 11 years so you’ll have to check for price through the link. (edited)

What’s is like waiting for the fireworks or the parades in Feb weather? Went in May and was really hot waiting for the parades but for the fireworks (11pm) only needed a lightweight jacket. Have some free one day tickets so looking to go back.

Looking at booking early flights on the 8th and returning late on the 10th to get full use of tickets. Anyone recommend and transfers to and from airport to help with costings?
    Moomin1981's avatar
I used the magic shuttle as it was just myself and my daughter and worked out around £60. First time we went as a family of 5 and spent approx £90 on a transfer with prestige transfers and that really was hassle free, they met us at arrivals which was handy as I found navigating the airport to find the magic shuttle bus stop quite daunting. Bolt and Uber are also a decent option.
  25. Heavenkiss's avatar
Anyones booking number working on Disney account to link booking? Cant get it to work
    djjinx1's avatar
Keep me updated as others have said the same

The exclusive times are from 20.00 to 00.00 hrs which is not good for children :/
    Heavenkiss's avatar
The way i saw it is even without the exclusive timings its a good deal still. That’s just a bonus
  27. HogarthHughes's avatar
We’ve been 3 times and for us the minimum time there, to make it worth while with the travelling and queues, is 3 nights. Best time we had was the Christmas before COVID struck.

If you want to bring back gifts/merchandise bear that in mind when deciding how to get there.

This seems a good price but for a reason, you accept the cold, snow, rain over Christmas and New Year but February could be horrible weather, without the Christmas atmosphere!
  28. Thomo19's avatar
When I look to go through I can't see reservations for either Disney Davy Crockett Ranch or
Disney Hotel Santa Fe so presuming missed this? Cheapest is Cheyenne. Unless I'm missing anything?

There’s a room for 4 adults and 1 child, but no rooms for 2 adults and 3 children
