    Full moon is around 29 so wouldn't suggest going then if you want to look at northern lights. But great price for a week long holiday out there you might want to pack some more clothes for a week though!

    This depends on the strength of the aurora. If there is a good level of solar activity you will still get a good view regardless of a bright/full moon.

    Of course you could go at any time of the moon cycle and still not see the northern lights if conditions are a bit rubbish.

    And some accommodation will have laundry facilities

    What you save on travel you will more than likely pay on food and drink, the place is massively over priced.

    price is relative to the wages in said country...of course coming from a low wage economy like England, it will be expensive.

    Lovely place but you don't need more than 3 days. Be aware there are 2 airports and the international one is about €160 taxi each way to Reykjavik. Expensive city, be prepared

    Theres more to Iceland than reykjavik! Hire a car go explore its amazing. Also there is a great shuttle bus service that foes from airport to reykjavik for about £20
