    Amazing they fly from Inverness but didn't from bhx.. Not sure if that's changed, but for many years there was no direct flights

    This isn't a direct flight, read the title, it's a stopover in Amsterdam. You can do the same from BHX.

    Inverness to Boston was £270 return in January this year for October with KLM + Delta. £300 with BA. I think New York was about the same price.

    We ended up paying £350 return to go via Glasgow as we decided the saving wasn’t worth the long journey and having to pay for parking/ petrol etc. Was pretty insanely cheap tho!

    We knew we needed to book and heard January was the best time as the airlines do sales and that defos seemed to be the case. (edited)
