Does anyone know what the "fish" is?

    From the UK McDonalds website..

"Delicious white Hoki or Pollock fish in crispy breadcrumbs,
with cheese and tartare sauce, in a steamed bun"

So it's not necessarily Pollock (edited)

McDonalds have been very very clear (credit to them).

When I used to eat fish years ago, there used to be the occasional stringy thing in them. I later found out that these are actually parasitic worms so next time you eat fish pull it apart and you may say one or two of them. Most people eat them without knowing. I have read there's an acceptable level of parasites in fish bu I can't find the info anymore.

    john733's avatar
I’d like to know this too. I suspect one per app, but not sure.
