    Iam on 350mb volt £17, o2 sim is £6

Phone and tell them you quit and they will likely give you an offer which you should reject and wait for them to call back for an even better offer.

You should also check what new customers can get and if the offer they give is worse than new customers then simply get someone else to join. (edited)

How did you manage that? It's a great deal. As an existing customer I'm paying £31 for M350 due for renewal soon so any tips would be welcome. Thanks

    Thanks all.
    I’ve cancelled ..30;days notice
Retentions team couldn’t even match my current deal of £32.50 per month. The best they could do was £37

How did you manage this? I'm in the same boat as you - Volt 1GB - been paying £33 a month and contract just ended - upped to £69. Best they would offer is £45 pm. Told them to cancel and he has done just that. Said I have to give 30 days notice. I've just received the "Sorry to see you go" email! (edited)

I’m on 125, home phone and mobile sim for £25.25 though I think it will be running out in a few months time. Fearing renewal as they have now moved the sim over to O2 which sort of ties my hands come renewal/renegotiation.

Update virgin phoned me last night to ask why I had left ?
    I explained price rise .
    They said ok fine .
Virgins then said he couldn’t do anything with price and still £37 is the best deal so I said ok then I won’t be renewing.

    call ended .. lol
    what a waste !
