Forged from titanium, Apple unleash the iPhone 15 Pro. It’s super-sleek, super-tough, and yet so comfortably light in the hand. Driven by the amazing A17 Pro chip, you get superb graphics performance, and such speed and efficiency. A pro camera system delivers incredible imagery. Plus, you get Apple’s brilliant safety features like Emergency SOS and Crash Detection, and still with all-day battery life.
Titanium toughness
Aerospace grade titanium design uses the same alloy that spacecraft use for missions to Mars. It’s super strong, but super light too. You’ll notice the difference as soon as you pick it up.

A17 Pro Chip
A17 Pro is a class of iPhone chip that delivers amazing graphics performance. Mobile games look and feel so immersive, with incredibly detailed environments and more realistic characters. It drives the iPhone 15 Pro with incredible speed and efficiency.

A camera to capture your imagination
From dramatic framing flexibility to next-generation portraits. With iPhone 15 Pro, you have multiple focal lengths to work with. It’s like having seven pro lenses in your pocket, everywhere you go. The advanced 48MP main camera captures super‑high‑resolution photos with a stunning level of detail and colour.

Get in on the Action Button
The Action button is a fast track to your favourite feature. Once you set the one you want, just press and hold to launch the action. By default, it’s set to toggle between Ring and Silent modes. If you choose a different action, you can use Control Centre to mute or use Focus filters to automatically set your iPhone to silent.

Dynamic Island
Dynamic Island blends the line between hardware and software, adapting in real-time to show important alerts, notifications, and activities. It bubbles up things like music, FaceTime and more - all without taking you away from what you’re doing.

iOS 17
iOS 17 brings new features to enhance the things you do every day. Express yourself like never before when you call or message someone, and share content in convenient new ways.

Dust, drop and splash resistant
Ceramic Shield safeguards against unexpected bumps and knocks, whilst the fingerprint-resistant coating helps keep your phone looking glamorous. IP68 water resistance also means there's no need to worry if you accidentally drop it in the bath either. Still, best to avoid taking a dip together if you can.

For the bigger bumps and knocks
Crash Detection calls for help when you can’t. Identifying any sudden shifts in speed, direction and pressure, the iPhone 15 Pro automatically calls 999 and notifies emergency contacts if you don't respond.

Feel like the upfront cost should be in the title….

If you are worried about the upfront cost, you can't afford the latest phone. Stack cash in rainy day fund and invest in indexes.
  2. Wahooo's avatar
Be aware my brother ordered one of these, dispatch date said 22/09 at the point of order, he’s just had an email to say it won’t be dispatched until 3rd Nov!

    Which colour?

The iD Mobile monthly cost will be adjusted each April by the Consumer Price Index rate (CPI) published in February by the Office for National Statistics, plus an additional fixed 3.9%.

There could be another £100 in price rises over the contract duration give or take.

If you can afford to buy it outright and pair it with a cheap monthly sim it will work out the cheapest option. If you have to go contracted then the ID Mobile deal looks like the best deal if three signal is good where you live.

Carphone Warehouse have the black and blue 256gb pro max available for delivery by the 22nd, if you want one for launch day this might be a good bet.

How have you worked that out?

are these phones locked to the carrier? For e.g. ID mobile ? (edited)
    cigbunt's avatar
No thats a thing of the past, all phones are unlocked these days

If you are looking for a new 15 pro max deal, this is a really good deal. There will always be instances where it’s not quite for you, the 3 network may not suite, or the upfront cost is not feasible, or you’re locked in a sim only contract (although in this instance it may still be better to swap).

I went with the black and still said delivery on 22/09. Apples site however is quoting 10-17 Oct. So if it’s later, that goes with the territory of ordering day 1 stock.

    I went with the 100gb, £28.99 p/m, £549 upfront 24mnth contract.
    Total cost: £1,244.76
**note to buy the phone straight it’s £1,199.00.
So effectively paying £45.76 for the data plan (equates to £1.90 per month)

Add the top Cashback £65 and you’re getting the contact for free and saving £20 off the retail price of the phone.

Again, for day 1 preorders this is great value in my opinion

Agree. I'm 30 quid for unlimited data on EE so tempted to just move. They're too expensive. Even with a 30% EE discount I am gonna be around 65 per month for a pro max and unlimited data
  6. jillamyalice's avatar
I tried O2 there. Even on 30gb data contract the best they are quoting me is £2297 on 36 month deal. O2 miles away from this deal
    jillamyalice's avatar
I use the word “deal” figuratively

I just wanted to chime in on the iPhone 15 Pro Max sale over at Mobiles.co.uk, as it seems like quite a few of us are facing some delivery-related issues. My order indicates that the delivery date is set for the 10th of November, which seems like a significant delay considering the release date was September 22nd.

I'm just as puzzled as some of you about this extended waiting period. It would be great if Mobiles.co.uk could provide some clarity on why there's such a huge delay between the release date and the delivery date. It's essential for us to know what's causing this delay and when we can realistically expect to receive our iPhones.

Another concern I have is related to the direct debit. I haven't received any information about when Vodafone will begin deducting the direct debit for my new iPhone. It's essential for me to know when these payments will start, especially considering the delayed delivery dates.

Furthermore, there hasn't been any communication from Mobiles.co.uk or Vodafone regarding whether the iPhone will be shipped to us or delivered on the 10th of November. Clarity on this front would be greatly appreciated.

It's a bit frustrating that we're left in the dark on these matters, and I hope Mobiles.co.uk and Vodafone will address these concerns soon. If anyone has received more information or has had similar experiences, please share them here. Let's keep each other updated and hope for a smoother process moving forward.

The extended waiting period is regarding stock availability. What angers me is the fact they tell you to speak to the sales team to get more information as to why they’ve cancelled the order and you can’t. The ‘sales’ team they put you through is the switchboard which after pressing ‘1’ for sales you receive an automated message stating they’re really busy and can’t take any calls. Pathetic .
  8. RobOmu's avatar
I got mine today also. Originally scheduled for 3rd November
  9. mr_johnsie's avatar
What’s so good about it? I only use my phone for WhatsApp and some browsing.

  10. D1ckTurpin's avatar
    Bargain!
  11. vladdy's avatar
Good deal but one thing I dislike is that they will raise the monthly price by the CPI in March. Given the inflation, it will rise by quite a bit, twice, by the time the contract expires
    colliwag's avatar
Was thinking the same. I think they’re baking on this - work it out, you end up paying more for the phone that it’s currently on sale once you factor this in and they’ve got £549 of your money upfront too. I wonder what deal they have with Apple? Maybe they pay over a period of time too.
  12. nturner211's avatar

ID mobile do up the price in April but so do the majority of other companies.
I think this is a good deal as the monthly cost isn’t too high so it won’t be a massive increase each April.
Plus a lot of people can’t buy the phone outright. This way you get the balance of both I think
I ordered mine in black titanium and I have had an email to say that they are expecting delivery to be the 22/9 still so fingers crossed. (edited)
    Adam_Stansfield's avatar
Excellent colour choice, I've personally gone for the pro max 256gb in blue but bought it outright from Carphone warehouse.

I personally think it would be better for everyone if the hidden price increases of phone contracts were shown and calculated into the monthly price, a lot of people don't even realise it will go up. No shame in paying monthly but the way companies go around it is very sneaky.
  13. Hamza_Rayaz's avatar
If you want slow speeds and patchy network go for it.
    Cossie1's avatar
Worst case, you wasted less than a fiver as you can go get a sim only deal elsewhere for a few quid a month and keep the ID sim as a backup.
  14. Tim_Jefferies's avatar
I don't understand how anyone thinking paying £634 a year for a phone is a hot deal. Might as well just throw your money in the toilet.
  15. VT41's avatar
Be wary of CPI price increases.

ID mobile raised it by 15%

They also do not have Wifi on TFL services (edited)
    Adam_Stansfield's avatar
Exactly, you stand to pay a lot extra with the incoming price rises. It's a psychological marketing trick to show you this great deal but people don't realise that they will pay a lot more by the end of the contract with these rises.

Always better to buy outright and pair it with a cheap sim or buy direct from Apple with the 0% finance option. 99 percent of the time you will pay over the odds if you go for a contract.

Mobiles.co.uk/cur…use - possibly the worse customer service in the UK. Anyone remember the whole saga with the Samsung ultra s22, confirmed orders then cancelled the lot of them despite issuing contracts which went against their own terms and conditions. Feel sorry for anyone who needs customer services
    bigup's avatar
We tempted to go for this but with all the poor customer services. I’m going to order else where!

Called up again to see where my order is since its been silent for a month. They're still quoting 24/11 to deliver despite phones on the site stating 9/11
    cl111's avatar
Got a processed order email and they've set up all the ID mobile things but no parcel tracking yet. Hopefully this week?!

Thanks OP. Used the voucher codes offer for the £100 Currys voucher but the VC10OFF on the mobiles.co.uk website didn’t work for me with this iPhone.

did they take the money for the upfront straight away?

Got this deal earlier today forgot the cashback ordered again, then rung up mobiles.uk and they cancelled the original and replaced with the topcashback
    adam.yacub's avatar
do you pay the full upfront cost today?
  22. Cossie1's avatar
    Cracking deal imo.

I had ordered with CPW £249 upfront and £44.99 a month and didn't use TCB, then I saw this deal, so cancelled the original order and went for this one.

Only downside is I lost my delivery for 22nd and now it's 3rd October for 256GB Pro Max in Blue.
  23. Matthew2000's avatar
Did anyone else only get £45 cash back from tcb?
    Cossie1's avatar
Mine tracked at £20 but has a *pending uplift next to it and below it says cashback from this retailer initially tracks lower and will be uplifted when confirmed.
  24. Adi_N's avatar
Is anyone taking the insurance? Seems like the excess is only £60 if it gets lost or stolen on a 15 pro max
Living in London with all the snatching going on, this could be a good coverage
  25. mrnobody's avatar
I bought a 256 from carphone warehouse said delivery was 22nd then I paid and next day got e mail saying delivery 2nd November so I got on phone and after 5 phone calls to them at 45 min to get through to sales I got told they would cancel and I get my money back in 5 days ? My advice read the reviews on carphone? It’s shocking? I wish I did ? Big mistake I made ? Never again will I buy from Carphone Warehouse???
  26. cl111's avatar
Topcashback reduced the cashback to £40 for pro max deals.
  27. Adi_N's avatar
How to use Currys voucher? I have a £100 Gift Card from Currys

Finally ordered this deal after constant back & forth after my stupid mistake of misspelling my name 🤦🏼‍♀️ says due to be delivered on or before 30th Nov. Hoping that it’s before as some of you on here got yours earlier 🤞🏼
  30. Justsuperman's avatar
This is a really good deal in my opinion
  31. blytonpereira's avatar
Any idea lets say I buy the contract, but then just want to keep the phone but not the phone plan. Would they agree for me to keep the phone only ? I assume they would ask me to pay the full value of the phone then but its not clear what that value is.
    adil.alb's avatar
You can purchase the phone alone from apple store apple.com/uk/…ro/
  32. luvsadeal's avatar
What are they like for roaming?
    Wahooo's avatar
Free roaming abroad apparently, so that’s 1 up on EE etc

Had the same error processing the payment last night. Just tried again and it’s still not working for me 😩
  36. shnp's avatar
Who is ID mobile under? Vodafone? Do you get fast data speeds?
    YellowFlash10's avatar
They use 3. From what I've read, the speed is good but the coverage is very patchy.
Also, as per someone elses comment on a different thread, apparently they raised the price in March quite significantly for them... (edited)
  37. deleted2810965's avatar
Good deal, such a shame they use Three network.(zero reception in our address).
    xm3's avatar
Exactly why I went for apple store, gonna get sim only for one of the other networks.
  38. adam.yacub's avatar
would yous go with the friend referral or topcashback?
