Cheers op, smashing price

  • Reduce Ambient Noises By Up to 90%: Our team of engineers conducted more than 100,000 tests in real-life scenarios to fine-tune Q20's 4 built-in ANC microphones and digital active noise cancellation algorithm. As a result, the Q20 foldable headphones' hybrid active noise cancellation can detect and cancel out a wider range of low and mid-frequency noises such as cars and airplane engines.
  • 100% Stronger Bass: Our exclusive BassUp technology conducts real-time analysis of the low frequencies to instantly strengthen the bass output. Double press the play button on the foldable headphones when listening to bass-heavy genres like EDM and hip-hop for an amplified listening experience.
  • 40-Hour Playtime*: Up to 40 hours of non-stop playtime in wireless active noise cancellation mode (at 60% volume) is extended to an enormous 60 hours in standard music mode. A single charge gives you enough juice to listen to over 600 songs or soundtrack multiple long haul flights. And when you’re in a rush, charge Life Q20 active noise canceling headphones for 5 minutes and get 4 hours of listening.

Worth it for the price. Not good with guys with normal sized ears because the cuffs won't cover your ear. Worse if you wear glasses because it presses against the glasses but all is bearable for the price.
    Brodel's avatar
Any idea if the Q30 ear cuffs are larger?

Edit: assuming this website for unofficial replacements is correct then Q30 (95mmx85mm) are larger than Q20 (91mmx76mm)

Great price but I can't be doing with Micro USB cables anymore.
    Heat.
    mccririck's avatar
Yeah they really shouldn't be using micro on these. The Q30 uses USB-C I think. Surely there is not much difference in cost?
  3. CoolGeezer's avatar
I bought these like 3 years ago with the exact same price it was Okey however the muffs are now seriously worn out and you can't seem to replace these cheaply...

These arrived today. I have to say I am very impressed for the price. Buying another set for my son for Xmas. Cheer OP

Does it come with any warranty?

Can't work out if they are low latency capable (i.e. can be used with video sources for lip sync). Anybody know?
    bobthewibble's avatar
Just got my pair and latency is pretty good in both video and click tests. It'll certainly do for the price.

Just ordered, was looking at these last week and pleased I didn't order them then.

Reviews across 59,000 people seem good overall. Definitely worth a go. Heat added.
    Infinite.Element's avatar
Amazon reviews are often fake, though.

I've got these and they're pretty decent for the price, like said the downside would be Micro USB - Heat Still 🔥

I have these headphones and the for money they’re really good. The noise cancelling and quality of build are what you’d expect from anker

Don't go much on the noise cancelling (certainly compared to my old pair of AKG N700NC I paid about 70 quid for).
    bobthewibble's avatar
Agreed, it's not very effective from my initial tests. But coupled with the natural impact of the enclosed ear cups it's fine.

    Very good price

Fantastic headphones had mine for a couple of years

Had these for years and they are great. I prefer wearing these than my on ear beats. The noise cancelling makes them perfect for wearing on the plane while going on holiday.

After over a year of owning (from what I remember) I got the odd loud click/knock from the noise cancelling feature when there was a loud external sound and Anker sent me a new pair without too much hassle, then the first pair didn't really fault much anymore so I had 2 pairs.

My main concern is the amount of people who have complained about crack's to the casings, have yours weared well?

Seems a good price and descent reviews

Damn… paid double this yesterday for the q30’s - these much different besides the micro USB?

The soundcore ones are noise cancelling
  25. londonstinks's avatar
So gutted I can't use ANC. I have the most annoying neighbours and noise cancelling phones would benefit me greatly but all the ones I've tried make me feel nauseous

I asked about a similar version - the none upgraded ones which are alot more expensive for some reason. Battery life looks great on this version but quite a few reviews say the headphones leak sound and snap easily.
  31. vikasbhasin's avatar
I assume these can be used to make phone calls, as they do have mic?
    ricky7's avatar
    That's what description says

Do these have an actual power off/on button? I travel on helicopters for work and they have stopped letting me take my Apple max headphones as they don’t actually turn off. Needing a cheap pair to take on choppers
    for work. Thanks
    kngbn79's avatar
Yes, bought a pair a few months ago and there is definitely a on/off switch, it’s located on the left cup
  34. dealfiend101's avatar
Received today. The sound is great but they're too big, so no good for the gym as they're slipping off.
    vikasbhasin's avatar
Same, received mine this morning and I find them quite bulky. Felt headache after using them for about 30mins.
  35. aks4ever's avatar
Wish the q20i was on offer prefer USB-C connection.
    mccririck's avatar
Really doesnt matter much. You're just going to use it for charging.
  36. mvnorwood's avatar
I have these. Excellent with very long battery life too
  37. bodolf's avatar
Is the q30 much better than this?
