Is this good value - Gaming PC RTX 4070

Hi, I've got a choice of 2 gaming pcs where the specs are as follows. Would love to hear your thoughts if you would regard either of these as a good deal.

1st deal. (Not sure if I'm allowed to mention the company as I've had a deal and a discussion removed - let's just say it's a Retailer who isn't VERY much liked on here.)

LC216 Gaming PC - Intel Core i5 12400F,
12GB RTX 4070,
16GB RAM,
1TB M.2 NVMe SSD
(2-years parts, 5-years labour, and 6-months collect-and-return)

Cost £895.30

2nd deal from CCL Computers

Horizon Thunder Ryzen 5 5600 RTX 4070 Gaming PC
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 CPU
16GB DDR4 Memory
1TB NVMe SSD & 512GB Gen4 NVMe SSD
GeForce RTX 4070 12GB
3 Year On Site Warranty

Cost £1042.18

Would love to heat your thoughts on if you would regard either of these as decent deals. I appreciate there are Motherboards to consider, speed of Ram, speed of SSD's and so forth to evaluate in the equation. But would love a more general response if possible. I'm settled on a RTX 4070 card in all it offers and it's reasonable cost in relation to what it provides.

Thankyou to all who will respond

Performance between the two is about equal, so the £150 difference is really just getting you a small second NVMe in the second option, and different warranty terms. Of the two options here, I'd go with the first.

Regarding HUKD/Pepper blocking mention of them btw, that usually just happens when the retailer declines to pay this company to advertise their website or products. I wouldn't let it influence your decision.

Do you think the first deal is reasonable value in relation to cost to performance?
