Details

Apple's 2nd iteration of the AirPods Pro really are just that: Pro. Fitted with Active Noise Cancellation and Adaptive Transparency to block out unwanted noise, Spatial Audio makes a welcome return for a more personal listening experience.

Touch controls now let you adjust volume with a swipe, and the six-hour battery life means you're free to listen, chat and experience for as long as you like.

Please be aware: The AirPods Pro include a USB-C charging cable, but do not include a USB-C power adapter. Therefore, if you do not already own one, you will need to purchase the Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter in order to charge these AirPods.

Active Noise Cancellation
Featuring up to two times more noise cancellation than their predecessor, the H2-powered AirPods Pro are built to let you listen in peace.

A perfect fit
Now with an extra small size, four pairs of silicone tips are included to fit a wider range of ears. The tips create an acoustic seal that closes in the sound - and secure AirPods Pro in place.

Hear what you want
Adaptive Transparency harnesses the power of H2 to minimise the intensity of loud noises like sirens or power tools — so you can comfortably hear the world around you.

A higher level of control
Touch control lets you easily manage playback functions from the stem. Swipe up or down to adjust volume, press to play and pause music or answer and end calls, or hold to switch between Active Noise Cancellation and Adaptive Transparency.

Sound tuned to you
Personalised Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking immerses you deeper in all-around-you sound. And Adaptive EQ accounts for the fit of AirPods Pro, so you hear every frequency just as it was intended.

H2 chip
Apple's new H2 chip is the force behind AirPods Pro and their advanced audio performance. It works in concert with a custom‑built driver and amplifier to deliver crisp, clear high notes and deep, rich bass in stunning definition — so every sound is more vivid than ever.

A case of unmistakable power
AirPods Pro are now easier to find than its predecessors. The headphones themselves play a chime when dropped outside of the case, and the case now has a speaker that'll play a louder sound when prompted by the Find My app.

These AirPods work with compatible iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV and iPod models.

    How come?

Just ordered thanks. I ordered from Amazon last night. I assume I can just refuse delivery?

In my experience you get a faster refund accepting then returning rather than refusing delivery. If you refuse them, it generally states cancelled on the order page but then takes a while for the return to be processed rather than returning after delivery

Yeah, you need to change the title. This doesn’t include Protect Plus, which would be an extra £20. It’s the standard 2 year guarantee.

For working at home, to avoid destructions, for Asperger’s/ADD..
    [edit, avoid Distractions.]

In ear like these, or BoseQC45/SonyXM4 Headphones, or Anker Soundcore Q45 ?? (edited)

I have the AirPods Pro (1st gen) and Sony XM3 headphones and love both, but I think the headphones are superior for blocking out noise and distractions at work. That said, the noise cancellation is supposedly better on the AirPods Pro (2nd gen), although I haven’t tried them.

£30 off deal with JL expired yesterday. Now Amazon at £199 the cheapest, though that price in Argos and Currys too.

My 1st gen Pros failed with some weird static sound using noise cancelling and being unable to fix whatever issue it was I vowed not to buy another pair after proclaiming them as "expensive throw away tech".

    (Just ordered a new set)

I had same issue. I just ordered these saying to myself I wasn't going to buy another pair

Ordered from John Lewis despite having a Costco membership. Worth having the 2 year warranty for the extra £10 on these in my mind.
    monkey0203's avatar
Exactly what I did. Didn't order from Costco. Wanted 2 year warranty.

Told myself I didn’t need new earbuds but the extra £9ish off with employee rewards tipped me over the edge. Hope they fit!

    What rewards?

Protect plus isn’t included… what are John Lewis like with their guarantees? Apple are brilliant with their’s but if it goes into the second year, is the JL on ‘no quibble.’
  15. ghow007's avatar
I have these but 1st gen. Sound is great and they’re best with Apple ecosystem for features/functionality. 2nd gen is meant to be improvement again. I’ve various other headphones too including B&W and the Apple AirPods Pro still sound great.
