These are ace, I bought some refurb white ones. Great for exercise and just being aware of what is around you, sound quality is really good, due to the design it has a live feel to the sound.

Totally useless if you need noise cancelling, say on a flight, but the point of these is to let outside sound in.

    Also light and comfortable.

I love mine, and they have been in more use than my noise cancelling Bose.

Galaxy buds live are decent as well if you don't like silicon ear phones

I found these to be disapointing when used when running. There is a hole but I found they still didnt do a great job of letting in enviromental noises

Even the entry level shockz bone conduction earphones were a substantial upgrade over these.

But to their credit the sound qulaity is okay and with the right rubber ring attached to them they do stay put in your ears when running (edited)
