    Codes are THANKYOUNHS23RIDE and THANKYOUNHS23EATS

Uber one works but uber eats says it hasn't started yet.

For the Uber Eats code I get “oops this promotion cannot be claimed”

Anyone remember the bygone times when people used to clap whilst NHS staff continued to work whilst the rest of the working population were at home? That appreciation lasted about 12 months and then things got back to normal. :/

On a slightly unrelated note: Support the upcoming "junior doctor" strike!

Heat added - the children's nurses who looked after my very poorly baby are angels on earth, I have never been more grateful to such a caring lovely bunch of people. Yes they are paid to do a job, but they do it so well and in my darkest hours they got us through with care and compassion. The wages they are on don't match the huge responsibility they have in my opinion.

They never sent me mine. Messaged them on facebook this morning.

They advised me i need to wait till end of December 22nd to get it
I advised its December 23rd today.......
They advised I need to have an NHS email to get it
I advised them I have an NHS email (and signed up with my nhs email)

They replied asking if i can kindly wait till end of December 22nd again........

I'm impressed. No one is moaning and saying 'what about us chimney sweeps? We deserve free stuff too! I work Christmas' etc etc....

Tbf the mods have been very good at doing their job relating to these types of comments so kudos to them!

As Roy Keane would say "it's there job"😄

Makes sense when on £80,000 per week. Less so when even doctors are on £16ph. They deserve any benefit they can get atm. Thankless job at times

Uber doing more for NHS than our own government they should feel ashamed
    JDPower's avatar
I'm no fan of this government, or the low wages they're paying, but I think they're paying NHS workers slightly more than a £20 taxi fare a year.
  10. Greg_Spinks's avatar
I know they have to draw the line somewhere, but I wish they did this for all emergency services. It's not just the NHS that will be working over Christmas + Christmas day.

I love these kind of deals, because it's always the same kind of comments each and every year without fail.

It's just like when someone posts a Durex deal or similar, the same regurgitated comments come out each time. You can almost predict them.

Hi Just want to say thanks for the deal, we also featured it on our latest podcast

You can find it on various podcast platforms, called 'False Economy' here

    Thanks!

    Get the following message
Promotion codes are not available for this account and all trips will be charged at the full price.

Using nhs email address and support don’t seem interested!
    reanna's avatar
I think that means too many accounts have been used at that address and benefited from £10 off £15 for new users.

Anyone had it yet? Wondering when to check email
    TeamTofu's avatar
I received a standard promo email from them earlier this afternoon, but no voucher yet. A few years ago the codes were sent out on the 20th so Uber must be doing it a bit later this year.
  21. markyo007's avatar
Still no email yet to my work account.

  25. timmyboy147's avatar
Never received the email but put the code in and worked.

Have used this 3 years in a row. This year was my first ever Taco Bell.

    Many thanks

It worked now! After moaning on here! 🤪

Make sure you add the code in the promos rather than voucher code at Uber
  33. Thislife79's avatar
Didn't work for my partner either, despite following correct procedure. Support not very supportive! FYI Bolt are often significantly cheaper by us too.
  34. Jake_Barnard's avatar
Anyone know if this works for other Emergency Services
    CynicalNurse's avatar
You need an NHS or HSC email address.

How long does it take for the code to come? Has anyone received a code?

I think the codes were sent out around 20th December last year, so codes are sent out nearer the time.
