Has the Three free 200mb data SIM been stopped?

It says that previous members will continue to receive the 200mb every month for life.

On my mobile I gave to select to prefer 3g and then it can receive calls/texts but data is not available.

Data was used about a month ago so it was still an active SIM.

    Seems like it changed with the move to their new system. Someone raised this on their community forum but still waiting for a concrete answer from Three. CS seems to say it’s no longer a thing.

    I was talking to someone at Three this morning about my 4g plan and that's changed too..it's now a 10gb for the same price exactly the same plan..

    i kept this sim active and for the last few days I am unable to use my data now - noticed my credit has dropped to £0 too presumably as previous data got charged! the phone keeps telling me to "sign in" but to no avail either. they really suck at communicating any changes!

    So has the free data been discontinued even for existing users?

    Its no longer shows for my account since registering for the new system. Any data I used came out of my remaining credit. Others report getting a 1 off 100mb.

    No idea what's going on.
    I still have credit in account and I sent a text last month as chargeable event to keep it alive. But there are no deduction in my credit??

    Just noticed that my credit went to zero, logged in and I have been charged for data.

    I had to register again to log in.

    Says I have no allowances so I guess the "for life" claim was BS.

    I'm a very light user as I have WiFi access just about everywhere and just just WhatsApp when for most of my calls so was ideal.

    I might look for a cheap SIM only as there network was always pretty bad anyway.
