    Thats exactly what I have found...although I'm still using an old moto g6 so not sure if its a phone issue as I'm wondering if newer phones with newer Bluetooth standard work better. Cos it seems strange they would release something with such bad mic quality if its the same bad clarity no matter what phone.
    For this price tho the sound quality for music is impressive (although some people may need to change the settings in the app as the preset setting didnt sound good to me).

    Contact Anker cs. They tried to help me with my problem, in the end just sent out a replacement.
    I've got the P2i ones and I think they're great.

    For me, buying Anker products is a no-brainer. They're of top quality. Since I bought an Anker power bank ten years ago, all the digital accessories in my house have been from Anker, with a few Tronsmart ones as well.

    If you are looking for a good headset, earbuds to a portable speaker then it's not just about quality and support but also about sound, ergonomics or control. Anker is leaning on bass heavy, uneven sound profiles. Luckily, Anker is also providing application for sound control which can help.

    Has anyone else had any issues with a slight hissing/static sound at low volumes?

    I bought these previously at this price, but had to return due to this as it made watching videos very difficult at low volumes.

    Wondering if I just got unlucky or if this is a common issue.

    Bought some last week, like how you can disable the touch controls completely to avoid accidental touches so basically they're like old fashioned "dumb" earphones.

    Only thing I did notice that I'm not too keen on is when you remove them from your ear it doesn't pause whatever you're listening to like my old earbuds did, unless I'm missing something in the app settings but couldn't see a way of enabling it. (edited)

    If you're having trouble with them failing out, try switching them over and placing them upside down in your ears. This was mentioned a couple of weeks ago on a different deal and it works for me.

    These are great. They fit my ears really well and don't fall out.
    Sound quality is good (better than I'd expect for £16) but obviously not as good as some far more expensive ones.
