Seen on an instagram page posting this. I’m guessing its cheap lol. I have idea but im sure somebody can/will tell me.
r0naldmacd0nald

Yes this is a good price from a recognised reputable seller, but not the cheapest. Appliances Direct are 2p cheaper if you don’t want to feed the amazon monster. A hot vote for you but as it’s apple be prepared for a bit of a chill on this one

anouj

You can buy a single AirPod from apple which is probably better for the environment than wasting your working one and cheaper. Also I remember reading they can go quiet from tiny bits of hidden ear wax being stuck in them so definitely try cleaning them like the guides on google show.

Roderz

Thought this was a troll post, just seen #AirPods trending on twitter! (NOT good)

Been looking at these. Had my 1st gen for 2 years now and my left earbud has gotten extremely quiet so I think it’s on its way out!

Soundcore prob better for sound. But these are semi in ear so very different product. I thin many people like me just hate the in ear ones cos they cos discomfort. So, yeah I'd get soundcore p2 if didn't get earache after 30mins 😁 (embarrassed)

Got these recently. Meh on the mic. Don't wear anything with a collar or they'll rub against. If I could go back in time I'd buy the wired version, but that's just me.

How is the mic on these? Can you reliably call people? I had the wired model for years until I lost them travelling, love these headphones.

I bought these for my daughter and when paired to a Iphone or a Samsung Note 8 when the phone is in the back pocket these lose signal and the music stops and starts constantly, but I can walk 10 meters away from my phone and it works perfectly (confused). I've got the soundcore liberty neo earbuds and they don't do this.

kasiopc

Terrible for calls. Mics sit in your ears, meaning you can't be heard properly. No use outside.

kasiopc

They do have buttons on the earbuds. One click to pause, two to skip etc. Though the fit means you kind of jam them in to your ear when you press the button. Had these since Septmber last year.

malhal

Bluetooth is not clear for calls regardless of the quality of the mic or speaker. Because the realtime audio codec prefers reducing latency over quality.

Big fan of Enacfire's E18 plus. Great sound, IPX7, 5 to 7 hours battery and wireless charging for around £30.00. Of course I can only comment on the pair I bought but reviews suggest many people agree.

danmancity

I have both the AirPods Pro and the Sony's right now and you're right, for everything the Sonys do right (Best sound by far, great app, great ANC) the lack of water resistance rating, gigantic case and awkward shape really knock them back The Airpods Pro dont sound quite as good which is annoying because bluetooth buds are my main consumption devices and the battery life worries me, but the pairing is flawless, IPX4 rated, fantastic case, great controls, Ok ANC, and best fit for staying in place. I just love how they arent quite as sensitive to a perfect fit unlike other buds

android12

I really want to justify buying those, but I can't get past the lack of any official water resistance. I sometimes like to listen to music/podcasts on runs, and if I'm spend £150+, I expect them to handle all use cases. Hopefully the XM4s will fix it!

danmancity

Not sure of budget but the best sounding ones IMO are the Sony WF-1000XM3 and they auto connect to other devices without needing to disconnect

fizz

Anyone know of any buds which will auto pair with more than one device. My old Jabra used to allow me to switch with a touch of a button and no re-pairing

BA? I recently bought RHA true connect and they need to be connected individually

cpc3232

If your getting BA ones make sure to get the 2020 version that means each earbud makes its own connection to your phone

malarkeymarc

Not being awkward, but thought it meant they were independent, ie. Not one connecting to source and the other connecting to the other earphone? Apologies if that doesn't make sense, I know what I mean!

Had mine for about 18 months. I don't get on with the small cone like in ear earphones, they feel uncomfortable after a short time, so these Marshalls are great, just adjust the cable ring to get a good fit. Sounds great, good battery life. I use occasionally for calls but I haven't found the mic brilliant (sometimes people complain I am too quiet when using it). The criticism about the dangling battery and running is probably fair but I wouldn't use something like this for running anyway. Single button operation can be a bit fiddly but you get used to it.

greatdeals99

Site doesnt look reliable ... any advise?

StefMK

Great sounding buds, but sadly they didn't really fit my ears well despite trying multiple sizes, they always felt loose. Also the case feels really cheap and flimsy. Returned mine back to apple after a week. Just a heads up for those with non standard Apple ears, and I paid £200 due to a friends discount.

jouster

We’ve had a sub 200 deal already. Amazon sold for £186 a short while back

micprice

Yeah going to the larger tips made a big difference. You already may be aware but if you go into Bluetooth settings for the Airpods there is a "Ear Tip Fit Test" No idea how it works but it chose the right ones for me.

edanfalls

I think basically all ANC earphones have transparency mode under one name or another. But I do think the transparency mode is very good on these - it's nearly as good as the transparency mode in Sony & Bose £300 Bluetooth headphones, which is impressive for such small earphones. Sounds like they're a good fit for you though (literally). I've only run with them once so far and I found them a bit uncomfortable, but I think I might have been using the wrong size tips for me. To be fair, if you've had problems with earphones not fitting and then you find a pair that fit perfectly, that alone can be reason to drop a few hundred quid, as they can be incredibly annoying otherwise!
