Nice deal on the set

I've started having an issue with Amazon posting smaller Lego sets in paper bags though which usually means the packaging is pretty battered when it arrives, not ideal for gifts or collections

It's a pain but if you contact customer service they will most likely give you some sort of refund, especially if you push them, got 20% back on the £100 Razor Crest because of box damage.
