Just for women, like men don't have this issue too.

The way it manifests between men and women is often very different - that's why it is missed so often in women. Coping strategies employed by women also differ - women are often (but obviously not always) maskers to a larger degree.

There isn't a one size fits all solution, so books like this do make sense (if it's any good, which it doesn't seem to be).

Much of the current advice is centred around how it presents in the male brain, because women with the condition have not (historically) been part of studies. That's changing now though, thankfully.

Just because help is improving for one gender does not mean it takes away from others. Maybe some men who present atypically might even get some help from reading this.

...Thanks for coming to my Ted talk... (edited)

    Can men read this

Tbh there’s a lot of overlap for coping techniques. That sample text and blurb shows little if anything that is specific towards women that would be out of place for men to read.

Honestly seems like it's AI generated, and not well. There's a lot of mistakes/ inconsistencies in formatting and I'm not far in. There could be useful info, but I can't get past the issues to check, they're too distracting, not ideal for the target market...but hey, it's free.

"At least spam is free" is not an argument I've heard before, I must say.
