    Then I would recommend you ask your Gp to put your meds into weekly blister packs. Which is a free service from the pharmacy. But they need to be instructed to do so

    I like this and added heat but the pita for me is I have lots of tablets to take and filling these would be a nightmare.

    But on the other hand it's pink and I could suffer a bit for that
