But I've been unable to find what firmware version is installed (apart from the sticker underneath saying TS01) and can't find where I can download newer versions. Can anyone help?
Also does anyone know if this will play 4K discs if you have the appropriate 4K software?

It seems to be working fine on both Win 10 & 11.
Having past experience of Samsung products they usually are very good at pushing out Firmware updates, so was surprised that I couldn't find anything on their website.
I did see a site which had a TS02 Firmware, but always wary when it's not on an official manufacture website and wouldn't know how to manually update the firmware."},{"@type":"Comment","@id":"https://www.hotukdeals.com/comments/permalink/50084105","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"PeacePipe"},"datePublished":"2023-04-30T09:21:59.000Z","text":"You should be able to download a trial of software for playing films to see if it works."}],"commentCount":7,"interactionStatistic":0,"articleSection":"Ask"}
