Ironically, most of the people constantly banging on and on and on about the need for this test wouldn't be able to answer more than about 10% of the questions.

Just look for a very known website, it’s much better than any book or app and it’s free, just use Google. I passed first time and spent like 3 weeks on studying.

This is more for foreigners who wish to get British citizenship, I think there are not many nowadays willing to do it

There are a lot of us wanting to get, or obtaining citizenship - especially those with British spouses and family. I'm proud to have obtained my citizenship last year. There's some who would love to be citizens but their home country does not allow dual citizenship, so remain on ILR instead. It is expensive though!

Question 242 - You live up north, do you ask for Hendersons or Lee & Perins? Choose wisely.

Trick question. You don’t ask for anything, you carry a bottle around with you.

If you accidently spill beer over someone, do you:

    A) Offer them a cigarrette
    B) Ask them to go outside for a fight
    C) Apologise
    D) Ignore the situation

Cultures and regions do vary, so this one is a bit of a head scratcher

    I passed this test myself.
The funniest question I found was:
“When was the first curry house opened”
The book was also explaining how important are British pubs 😄

I’ve lived in the UK for 24 years but even now didn’t bother to apply for British citizenship yet. The questions in those books even an English person doesn’t know the answer and they except us to know.

It's only 99p but there's really no need to buy it as you can get all the same information online for free, which is what I did.

Spent a weekend studying before my test and passed first time, easy.
