    Winner winner chicken dinner! As a diabetic (and no I'm not morbidly obese) eggs are pretty high at the top of my list of 'Good' foods. Also, high quality sausages are on there too, so it's not all bad

    Only one best egg recipe in the world if you ask me. Curried eggs. Make sure loads of spices and pulses. Keep in fridge for couple of days then take to work and eat at your desk, especially if you've just started a new job, you'll be the envy of the whole office for days. (edited)
