900mb full fibre broadband from Vodafone £20 pm Via Chat (Targeted Offer)

I had issues logging into my Vodafone account to check the current listed Vodafone broadband deal.

Went on Tobi chat and spoke to an advisor called Valerie who has offered me full fibre 900 broadband for £20 a month whilst I'm a Vodafone customer this will increase to £23 a month if I leave Vodafone.

I've attached all screenshots and hopefully others will be able to get the same deal.

Good deal that! I've signed up to Vodafone having left sky on Monday 3th March 2024. They offered me this speed for £39 with a £3 reduction as I took a sim out too. I'm wondering if I could get this deal once I activate my sim?

Wouldn't do this for me in a CityFibre area (even suggesting it was possibly an openreach offer ha!), best they'd do was match the normal £31pm + my £3 discount for mobile so £28 vs my current £29pm + £3 so £26, but that was due to rise by about £4.50 so this was still a little cheaper.

They did however offer me Pro 2 for £31 instead of £38 so went with that instead, £3 more but get to escape their terrible wifi 5 router and go 6e and a repeater and 4g backup (although don't think that'll be used).

Thank you, I shared the screenshot above and got offered the same, £20 per month for Full Fibre 900.

I'm in a City Fibre area and also added that Toob are offering £25 per month with a £50 signing on gift card in our area.

Not that the chat handler disclosed this, but the contract is actually £60 per month, with a fixed £40 discount. This is a bit underhand, since the annual increase is applied to the £60 value, so using the example in the contract with CPI at 10.5% + 3.9%, it would be £28.64 per month from April 2025 (£68.64 - £40 discounts). I raised a complaint as nowhere in the pre-sales chat was I told the contract was actually £60 per month. They've credited me an additional £70 as a result!
