Power Bi or Tableau learning platforms

Not sure about Tableau but Power Bi Desktop can be installed for free...its Power Bi Pro is paid for (for collaboration) . You can learn a lot with Desktop before you need anything higher

Have a look at the Udemy.com Power Bi courses ...if you search for Power Bi and choose Free in the price filter you should be able to see whats available....but they tend to be shorter courses of up to a couple of hours. Not sure how good they are. The more indepth courses (often many tens of hours) are paid..and Im guessing better.

Ive used these paid for ones before...currently £14.99 though...possibly cheaper if you can buy/pay using a vpn

You can try the Udemi site, they have a mix of free and paid learning material

Plenty of Power BI tutorials on YouTube. I learnt the basics after watching a few tutorials.
