Words matter. They have the capacity to capture a special moment, elevate people’s opinion of you, or resonate with an audience with a beautiful turn of phrase.Used incorrectly, though, words—and specifically a limited vocabulary—cripple our ability to describe our experiences and articulate our thoughts and values.

The aim of this book is to not only enrich your vocabulary and way of speaking but to also bring other people’s words to life. This includes a series of sample sentences, famous quotes from inspiring historical figures, and a breakdown of each word and common use cases, all explained in plain English!

Who is this book for?The book is appropriate for first and non-native English speakers, including adults.

What are some examples of vocabulary taught in this book?Byzantine, connective tissue, didactic, ethereal, flippant, intuit, laconic, happy medium, and many more!

Whether you are preparing for a SAT exam or you want to speak more eloquently at your next meeting or interview, this is the book for you!

Is this another one of these Ai generated pamphlets, oh sorry I mean booklets. It's like junk mail.

Yet some people are even buying the print-on-demand version of it, as you can see from the reviews.

It's a list of about 80 words with definitions and example sentences for each. Probably suitable for GCSE grade (quite advanced) IMO

Wouldn’t a dictionary do pretty much the same job? I guess the example sentences could be useful though

I don't want to malign the people who post all these free kindle books ... but does anyone ever read them? Even a cursory scan shows that this is just another junk/probably AI written waste of the reader's time. I mean, the clue is in the price - it's free because it isn't worth even 1p.
