If you purchase a product sold by Amazon with the 'Spring Deal' badge in the sale from 20th to 25th March and the price drops further before April 1st 23:59, they will automatically refund the difference. Amazon will email you to process the refund. Maybe handy if they price match another retailer for a product post event.

Just don't buy anything, it's not a sale really almost everything on my watchlist has been cheaper in the last few months hah.
As always use CCC, price runner and common sense!

Claimed last time on one of these guarantees had to point the chat person to own guarantee as wasn't aware...

My claim was because I had noticed the price drop myself rather than them automatically refunding the difference. What is the point if one is having to keep track as if people have nothing else to do with their time.

Rubbish. 6 days when they won’t decrease the price of their own branded items just a gimmick

Is this better than a DFS 'Sale'?

Prob around the same or worse. I am not sure why there so many amazon sales days starting to feel like the fake discount we can get on ebay where they jack the prices to make it even more expensive after the discount is applied than when there was no discount

Amazon Spring Sale also known as the "We know our sale isnt good, but lets see if the competition has the cojones to drop their prices lower than ours SALE"

This was the same on Prime day last year and only applied to purchases made directly from Amazon, not 3rd party sellers.

    Well, yes, that's understandable!

This policy should be ALL YEAR!

I agree, it only means something if it's all year.

Basically they are saying that they are not going to change/adjust prices in those one week between

They do at black Friday and prime day, I've had refunds from them for things where the price improved after I bought.

Seems to be an anti deal really, just means they won't reduce anything further, how i read it. So unless they price match elsewhere very unlikely to drop prices.

Not even a sale. I use keepa to track item prices and almost every thing on "sale" has had a price hike in recent weeks and then discounted to make it look like it's on sale.
Dont believe the marketing, it's false

Used the live chat to query an item I bought a month ago (Echo Dot) for £5 more than the price in this sale. Took a bit of persuasion but they've given me the difference in an amazon gift card

Thanks - so wait until 2nd April to prices to drop and then buy?!

They usually tell me to return it & reorder?
    like that's economical or efficient

Aw, brilliant, it's fantastic to see this become one of the hottest deals again! If you buy something from Amazon in the sale, and they reduce the price further in the following 7 days, they'll refund the difference!! Fill your baskets folks!!

Thanks so much for bringing this opportunity to our attention once again,

Cheers for posting OP. Just tried cancelling something I ordered before midnight that happens to be in this sale so I could reorder, but got an email pretty much straight away saying unable to cancel. Oh well (edited)

It's time again for another Amazon sale to be disappointed by then. I'm not sure I can even be bothered to check it out - I think I'd rather mosey around on here.
