If it's like the one I got, pretty sure it is. Then it's both. As the picture shows its a screw top but the spray top comes in the box and you can literally screw it on

Probably my favourite of the One line, and a pretty good price for the retail packaging. You can get a 100ml tester bottle from Directcosmetics for £15 (before postage), but that'll come in a plain white box and have the atomiser pre-attached.
