These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. These rules apply to the “Coors Savi 2024" Promotion (hereinafter, the "Promotion") of Molson Coors Brewing Company (hereinafter, the "Promoter"), whose registered office is at 137 High Street, Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 1JZ. The promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 and over, excluding (a) the employees of the Promoter and their partners or members of their families domiciled under the same roof, as well as (b) any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization of this Promotion in any way.The claimant appoints savi of Weldon House, Corby Gate Business Park, Corby, Northants NN17 5JG (“savi”) as its agent to conclude the sale and purchase of certain services on its behalf for the purposes of facilitating the payment of cashback and other benefits from the Promoter to the participant. As part of this, savi may collect money due to participant from the Promoter on their behalf and transfer it to the Participant.By participating in this Promotion, participants accept these Promotion rules in their entirety.The promotion offers cashback for one (1) Coors full or half pint in participating outlets up to the value of £5.50.The offer is valid in selected participating outlets all Coors stockists which have chosen to take part. To see your nearest participating outlet, please go to www.coorsfreeprint.co.ukThe cashback will reflect the Coors product with the lowest price point.The offer is limited to 9,000. cashback offers in total, which will be awarded on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. The Promotion opens on 8.03.2024. . The Promotion will end at 23:59 on 19.04.2024. OR when 9,000 unique, genuine and valid claims have been received, whichever is sooner. In the event of the maximum number of claims being received before the closing date, participants will be immediately notified that the promotion has ended upon clicking on media channels (see clause 15).No one person may make more than one (1) cashback claim throughout the duration of the promotion. (One per person)Eligible product(s) and are as follows: Coors, full pint or half a pint in participating outlets.Participants will receive the cashback if they successfully submit a valid receipt www.coorsfreeprint.co.ukshowing the purchase of one (1) product from a participating outlet within the stated promotional dates. Only valid applications will be accepted. A valid application comprises of a completed, legible, on-line application form, including:

• Applicant’s full name;
• A current and valid email address;
• Applicant’s Bank or PayPal details where the refund should be sent;
• An uploaded photo of a valid itemised till receipt as outlined above.The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts/proof of purchases that:
  
• Are out of focus/blurry;
• Do not have the correct product clearly visible;
• Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period;
• That show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area;
• Are not unique to the individual.
• The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with or altering till receipts. Any attempts to submit any invalid till receipts may result in the participant’s application being frozen and possibly deleted.

Qualifying participants have until 23:59 on 19.04.2024 to request their cashback if the product has been purchased within the valid offer dates, subject to the conditions as outlined in Clause 10 above. All offers are provided by the Promoter and not the outlets from which the product is purchased.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or coupon.II. Participation

Participation in the Promotion is (exclusively) open to UK residents aged 18 and over.The following are excluded from participation: (a) the employees of the Promoter and their partners or members of their families domiciled under the same roof, as well as (b) any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization of this Promotion in any way.Organized and / or collective participation in the Promotion will be considered as abuse and will result in the automatic exclusion from the promotion.Participation is personal and nominative; in no case may the participant participate on behalf of others.The Promoter reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any participant who has provided invalid or false personal information.Unfair practices such as, without limitation, scripts, software, robots or e-mail addresses, or any other process which makes it possible to automate participation without physical intervention, or, more generally, circumvention of these Promotion rules in order to participate in an unauthorized and / or fraudulent manner, are not allowed. Course of the Promotion and determination of the participant

To participate in the Promotion, the participant must, during the Promotion Period:a. Register on www.coorsfreeprint.co.ukand fully complete the online form with name, last name, email, date of birth, answer the two questions and submit. Registrations must be made by 19/04/2024.

b. Once you have successfully registered and received a confirmation email, purchase one (1) Coors at any bar in the UK and take an image of the itemized receipt (and keep original copy).

c. Visit www.coorsfreeprint.co.ukand fully complete the online form with your name, last name, email, UK bank account or Paypal details, together with a scanned copy of a valid itemized receipt showing the retailer and date of your purchase of Coors and answer the questions. Receipt must be itemized clearly demonstrating the drink purchased as ‘Coors”

d. Maximum one entry per person/household permitted.

IV. Reimbursement

The participant will receive, if all the conditions are met, his/her Refund within 30 days of receipt of a completed and valid application.The Refund will be distributed to the participant by reimbursement to the bank account or PayPal account by our external partner Savi.In the absence of a reaction (within the deadlines,) or in the event of any other infraction in any way whatsoever (for example, if it appears that the participant does not meet the conditions for participation), the Promoter reserves the right not to grant the Refund.Refunds cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. The Refund cannot be divided and can only be accepted as it is granted to the original applicant.V. Personal Data
