For for many light users on a budget it will be a decent option. (edited)
This one from Thermalright (pretty well-known cooling brand) on Amazon is reasonable imo

It gives you a warning; but as long you go in knowing everything might not work 100% it's fine. I haven't found a game yet that has any noticable differences. When a lot of games are still being designed round ps4s they aren't going to take full advantage yet anyway.
And when they do in future you can keep them on the internal drive or upgrade then.
