    bronze qualifies for £20 blc discount btw, returned from Caister recently , left a day early and got a full refund , caravan hadn’t been cleaned , kettle was rusty, sink bowl all covered in muck, cups and saucers dirty, had to wait for it to be sorted and then it still wasn’t right, Sunday morning  there were hundreds of baby spiders everywhere , found loads of nests in the cupboards and where the boiler was , they couldn’t move us as the site was full, worst experience so far at Haven , think i,will stick to the smaller sites as they always seem to be ok  (edited)
