ASUS Dual Radeon RX 6700 XT 12GB GDDR6 is armed to dish out frames and keep vitals in check.

  • Axial-tech fan design features a smaller fan hub that facilitates longer blades and a barrier ring that increases downward air pressure.
  • Dual ball fan bearings can last up to twice as long as sleeve bearing designs.
  • Auto-Extreme Technology uses automation to enhance reliability.
  • A protective backplate prevents PCB flex and trace damage.

Axial-tech Fan Design Better, faster, stronger

Two tried-and-true Axial-tech fans feature a smaller hub that facilitates longer blades and a barrier ring to increase downward air pressure.

4169857_1.jpg
0dB Technology Quiet intelligence

An advanced onboard controller brings fans to a standstill when the GPU core temperature is below 55 Celsius, letting you enjoy light gaming in relative silence. As temps rise past the threshold, the fans automatically start up again.

4169857_1.jpg
Dual BIOS Choose wisely

Do you prioritise low core temps or low noise levels? Performance mode will let the fans spin up to keep the card running cool all the time. Quiet mode keeps the same power target and top-end settings, but offers a less aggressive fan curve for quieter operation at medium temps. For even more customisation and control, check out our GPU Tweak II software.

Auto-Extreme Technology Precision automated manufacturing

Auto-Extreme Technology is an automated manufacturing process that sets new standards in the industry by allowing all soldering to be completed in a single pass. This reduces thermal strain on components and avoids the use of harsh cleaning chemicals, resulting in less environmental impact, lower manufacturing power consumption, and a more reliable product overall.

4169857_1.jpg
Protective Backplate That's so metal!

The PCB is reinforced by an aluminium backplate that adds structural rigidity, helping to prevent PCB flex and protect components and trace pathways from damage.

GPU Bracket Locked and loaded

A GPU bracket provides uniform mounting pressure and extra stability to the critical connection between die and heat spreader.

Already got the PowerColor 6700 (non XT) pretty good overclocked. Would this be a decent upgrade? Or better off spending a little more?
    Czubaka's avatar
Not a massive upgrade mate, aim at 6800 / xt /4070.

    This run 1440p 120fps well?

Depends on the game, maybe the latest AAA games would struggle a bit at max settings, but many games will run very well at 1440p.

yes this link by willy will take you to the 1 sold by amazon for which you can claim starfield but it will have to be installed in your machine when claiming as it will be checked by amd but i wouldn`t buy this if you already have the 6700.

Come on this needs to be sub £300 then I make a move

It was 284£ after cashback a couple of weeks back so probably a matter of time.

Are you sure this comes with Starfield? This is a third party seller, not the Amazon direct. You need to contact the seller for the codes to redeem games. First thing Amazon CS will do if you contact them is to ask you to go directly to the Marketplace seller who doesn't participate. (edited)

Want to buy this but I got the MSI 6750 XT off Amazon on Prime Day but had to return because box a mess and did not want to take chance if a previous return where Card may have had fault like this coil whine which a lot of feedback say especially for this Asus Radeon 6700 XT as well ?
Some say to reduce voltage to help with coil whine.
Getting fed up Amazon not sending out New items.

Got this card when it had the cashback offer active. It's worth noting as I only discovered this once I had purchased.. its TDP is not 230W as stated elsewhere - it's limited to 189W as it's a non-OC version. You can't overclock using the amd tools, you need to manual overclock - and that's where my understanding runs out!
    Paul_f1's avatar
Surely you can use msi afterburner to overclock

I am looking to upgrade my 1070ti which is definitely beginning to show its age. Would this be a worthy upgrade and would I need to replace my 650w PSU?
    Paul_f1's avatar
