So u get 40 mins to receive the 3 treatments, so the quicker u get changed, the more hands on time u get...
The Buyagift value is MASSivly overated, but at £30 each , it works out value for money.....
scalp massage and some arm stroking + pool access , is around £30-£40 value per person......
Me personally, i would'nt be putting any foot forward (read treatments), i would scare the spa worker!

as above, buying a voucher is 1 thing, finding 0 available dates for the cardiff one = utter joke....
Now going for the refund process, and if that fails, paypal refund, based on the concept of selling a package which isn't readily available....
Cant see any option on the Buyagift website for refunds, or cancelling a voucher, or an email address... (edited)

SO in reality you're lucky to barely get 25 mins. 3 treatments means < 10 mins for each. It doesn't really seem like an actual treatment, more like a sample.
