France. Italy. Spain. Pirates, check out this epic 10-night cruise around the Mediterranean coming in at £299* per person in an Inside cabin.

This cruise aboard the Norwegian Epic departs from Barcelona on 25 May (a quick heads up: flights are not included). You'll visit Marseille and Cannes en route to Livorno, where you can visit the Italian towns of Florence and Pisa. You'll finish up your Italian jaunt with Rome and Naples, then it's on to Spain's Palma and Ibiza before returning to Barcelona. You'll have around eight or nine hours each day to soak up the culture and explore.

You'll be staying on a full-board basis, which means all meals and accomodation works out at £30 per person, per night! Norwegian Epic has been rated 4.5/5 on CruiseCritic, and the same cruise a month later is £279pp more - so this is an absolute steal!

Fly to Perpignan, France. Just 2 hours drive from there. Flights £100 return 24/05, return 04/06 from Stansted with Ryanair. Now just to convince the wife!! (edited)

loving the man maths there, but what are you going to "drive" the two hours in? Are you bringing your car with you in hand luggage?

But fair play, get it booked, better to seek forgiveness than ask permission!

Good offer, but you'd need to add flights which are currently quite expensive as it's very last min. Might be near the cost of the cruise itself. Booking with the TA it's currently another £890 (edited)

Also half term so prices are higher generally due to demand

Damn, be careful what you wish for.
I just got new one month work conctract, otherwise will sail next week.
For the last two weeks I had both my cars breakdown, lost my Iphone and now is this offer.

Cheap flights from London (STN) is for £175 return.
Included one day before and one day after the sail, to visit Barcelona.

Thats only for one small under seat bag. A 20KG check in bag adds +£80.

Girona is 100km from Barcelona Cruise port, the cost of which would need to be factored in.

Then two nights in Spain, one before, one after. Approx £150 per night.

Then two evening meals at say £25 each.

    All adds up.

Good deal, I just checked price for a solo traveller and its quoting £299, which is rather unusual as they normally charge for two or somewhere inbetween 1x and 2x. It's a shame about the flight situation though, I've checked with most major airlines and its very expensive, excluding baggage and seat fees it works out more than the cruise.

Flights aren't included. The ship sails from and to Barcelona, so you'll need to book return flights to/from Barcelona separately.

We've been thinking about booking our first cruise for a while. I've watched a few Youtube vids on where the best place to have a cabin, but none of these agents site appear to let you pick?
Is that something you can only do if you book direct with the cruise line?

We just did our first with Celebrity X around portugal and Spain, the food is amazing, we had a balcony, it was great to watch Dolphins near the ship as we left Gibralta. A Cabin is best not under the pool area as moving chair noise, and not close to elevators as ppl meet and talk there.

Really great deal for anyone who can take the time off at short notice (or is retired) and can make the getting there and back costs work!

Be warned, after booking the 10 night Norwegian Epic cruise, they may quickly change it back to the standard 7 night cruise #callback

Sailed on this a few years ago and loved it. Actually preferred it to the oasis of the seas.

Worth giving NCL a call they have an air credit offer on this cruise.
Might cover part of the flight costs if they can get them.

It has worked for us before.

You also need to factor in the Free at sea £199 if you want a drinks package.
    Grats/service(optional) another £155.

Also this route has drinking restrictions on this ship do some research.
