£2.50pp a night - Good price for one of the better Butlins Resorts imo. Some better rooms cost a little more e.g. £59 for a shoreline room. Asked online, and they have central heating.

    Went there for the first time in years this summer. Used to take my daughter every year when she was younger. It was our “happy place”. My daughter is now 14. The Bognor location was shocking. Dirty, not looked after and in serious need of some TLC. We stayed at the Shoreline Hotel like we used to. Same carpets as 10 years ago… thread bare and as stained as you could imagine. Room wasn’t ready. Stood in the hallway for half an hour, whilst the staff chatted and giggled their way through “getting the room ready”. Food time was like being in the chimps enclosure at a zoo, food everywhere, dirty tables that were supposed to be clean. Pushed to download an app to order drinks and then have hassle when the drinks didn’t turn up… never ever again. The site is a sad shadow of its former self. Lots of people we spoke to shared the same opinion. I wouldn’t recommend the Bognor site to anyone, and I wouldn’t even go back at this price. Cold for me unfortunately.

    We also had really poor experience here, although it was some time back. Warranted a 4 or 5 page letter of complaint. Food poisoning and generally gross in the bars [too sticky on bar or tables to risk resting your arms - never cleaned all week]. Snooker place, the adjacent toilets needed waders, Beds really poor and I could go on... However, for this price, assuming it couldn't be any worse, I'd be tempted to see if it's improved. Cheap enough to use as a base to go out. Would need my heart meds buying a round there now I'd expect. Got lashed when we arrived, so the evening started out with cokes all round. Fell about when they charged me very slightly less than for beers we had earlier! Heat for the low price but think I'd still look elsewhere to be honest.

    Just a clarification for anyone who isn’t sure, that this isn’t for four people as such - it’s for families only ie two adults and up to two children - and they’ll cancel your booking if you aren’t bringing at least one child

    More to the point is there be free heating, if so with be able to work remotely and it will work out cheaper than putting the heating on at home

    No, There is no problem with booking two adults with no children - as I have done this booking and they did not cancel and it is great valve! Book it!

    You'll be ok as a solo traveller but two or more adults and no kids. Then they'll most likely cancel your booking.

    Absolute dive. Filthy. Dodgy food n drink. Hideous clientele. Avoid like the plague unless you want the plague. Certainly not a good deal.

    Wanted to try slightly different criteria on similar date. It will only let me choose 4 day stay starting on a Monday or 7 night stay starting on Monday or Friday?! I'm sure we've done 3 day weekend stays before

    Go to this filthy dirty disgusting hellhole at your own peril. Take a look at online reviews (on here in the past also). We went there a few years ago and left after 2 days as the room was awful. The mattress was covered in stains.
